USPS Lost package (Well maybe?)

I got a delivery notice in my mailbox yesterday so during my lunch break today I ran down to my post office to pick up my package. They cannot locate my package and have apparently lost it. They are going to double check the trucks tonight and look for it again. They're supposed to call me tomorrow morning and let me know if they found it. They were nice about it and I know crap happens but I'm feeling a little defeated right now. I've got stuff to vape so it's not a critical shipment or anything but it is over a $100 sitting in limbo right now....

Damn that is the worst feeling. Knowing your stuff was right at your doorstep and then ripped away from you. I hope that it turns up! I agree though that it is probably on its way back for delivery. It is rare that they completely lose packages, it will show up eventually, you might just have to be more patient than you planned on being. Which is usually harder said than done. If you don't receive it, keep an eye out for a brand new ECF member claiming to work for USPS.......

I know my postal delivery guys always hold onto my stuff to try and deliver it to me later or the next day. Maybe just give it another day.

Either that, or his mailman is vaping a storm right now.
