you should see some of the emails I get. threatening to ruin our reputation on ecf etc. Some of the hatred and animosity frankly shocks me. There are some hard hearted people out there in the world and truthfully Pamela and I don't deserve most of the flack we get.
We opened our lounge doors, so we are working on division of hardware and juice for both it and the internet.
In the end if we h ave to put an end to sales because of a few sour apples that would s*ck tremendously.
We do specials to get quality juices in the hands of paycheck to paycheck people who really need the break. But when we do we stretch thin our raw ingredients and then supply problems crop up.
We aren't perfect and we would ask anyone who thinks they are to cast the first stone.
Hopefully people see us for who we are, good people who truly care about others. We didn't have to do this company, we were perfectly ok in our lives without it. But the opportunity arose for me to quit smoking, and to introduce the world to a better way to do this wonderful thing we call e-cigs.

Thanks for this! I think you guys are swell and I agree, you don't deserve the crap. I understand being frustrated but like I say, I'm sure it frustrates you waaay more than us out here. I've gotta love anyone who made up Wyatt Earp, ya know? =) Anyway, I'm not a total fangirl, just a really satisfied customer who believes that you guys are in it for the right reasons. I only have to look at all the happy signatures on my order list when I get a shipment to feel like you've got a real family there. Thanks so much. =)

USPS is usually spot on for all my orders. But my last 2 orders (from different companies, in different states, not e-cig related) never showed any tracking information. And I received both of said orders today. It's not the fault of anyone.

Everyone at FSUSA has done outstanding work. We are all human. No matter what business it is, every business goes though stuff. I trust everyone at FSUSA with the juice and equipment I buy and will continue to do so.

I have a utter hatred for usps. They are unreliable and unpredictable. You don't get what you pay for. My biggest gripe is that ejuice vendors don't offer better shipping options. I wish most at least offered you the option to choose signature confirmation and insurance along with any other existing options. I didnt receive a $60 juice order, and was ...... beyond belief. I had to reorder the same juice, and then dip into my emergency juice stash. I was not a happy camper. I am now into DIY so I don't have to deal with this anymore.

end rant..
sorry

I TOTALLY understand where you're coming from. My local USPS mail carriers are not the greatest either. I remember one day I set out to give my neighbors some of their mail that had ended up at my house, and found an undelivered card addressed to them just sitting in the middle of the sidewalk. I've been backwards and forwards with USPS customer service trying to track down packages that ended up taking a side trip to Narnia, and ended up telling another vendor I would GLADLY pay extra $$ for the option of using Fedex or UPS or other. But I understand that's not always a possibility for small businesses.

All of this makes me appreciate even more when vendors have a quick turnaround time on *their* end, and I've had great luck with FSUSA on that.

Personally, I think you guys are great!!! And your customer service rocks! And I can't believe how well you're doing considering you just started the lounge, and had two (or is it three) sales, since opening it. I would hate for you to stop your sales, but I would still order from you. If it were my business, I wouldn't want those customers who send threatening emails. I would say, "I'm sorry you're that unhappy. Hopefully you find your happiness elsewhere."

Unfortunately, some people get their kicks from being nasty to nice people. I think a lot of it stems from their personal insecurities and self loathing; they see happy, friendly people as a threat to them because they think the nice people are judging them just as harshly as they judge themselves.

I think they've done a fabulous job getting orders out. Sure, it's taking a little longer than usual, but I'm cool with that, stuff happens. Two of my three orders have shipped as of now, and the third wasn't even ordered until Tuesday. If I'd gotten an out of stock email, my choice would have been to just wait. It's worth it for their juice, and 9 times out of 10 it arrives with lightning speed.

I'm so sorry that people have been abusive, David. I work in a retail pharmacy, and man, can people ever get demanding and abusive there. Grrr. I just try to remember that their behavior says more about them than it does about me, or the service/products they're getting.

I love, love, love the sales, and they've helped me out a lot when otherwise I'd have had to just do without. If they stopped, I'd be very sad, but I'd still never shop at another vendor for my juice. I'm here to stay, so y'all will just have to deal with me. :)

Update: All three have now shipped. Thanks guys!!!

I was irked about the delay in shipping and the out of stock e-mail and all that.

I did call David and inquire about my order and had a polite conversation with him.

I did have a polite e-mail exchange with Kristen to let them know how I wanted my order processed given the circumstances.

I ordered BEFORE the sale was announced and paid full retail (minus the 10% discount that's always available).

I hope David and his team can take into consideration that not all of their customers declared jihad over this hiccup. I know the squeaky wheel usually gets the grease, but I have to deal with confrontation all too often at my job. I chose not to initiate drama with FSUSA due to unfortunate circumstances.

Maybe they'll throw me a bone for being a good doggie.

T - You shouldn't have admitted that you read it on the Internet. Here, for a minute, I thought you were a very intelligent person. Just kidding!

That said, I truly don't understand why there some very hateful people on ECF. They complain about suppliers and are so rude! It makes me wonder what they are like at work, at home, etc. Personally, I feel sorry for these types of individuals. I feel bad for David too since he has to deal with them.

Are you SERIOUS???!! omg I certainly didn't expect you would get hatred emails. I gotta say it...Can't figure out what is wrong some people....like is just too short for hatred. Personally you all ROCK in my book. I don't know where I would be if it wasn't for your wonderful juice....and I am not so good at diy (I keep it simple) and cannot replicate what you do, not even close. But it's very understandable when things get strectched and supplies run short, it's not like you're ignoring us either...we asked for the sale (think it was more like beg...lol) and you said yep, sale time. So how could anyone complain? Those people are just not happy no matter what...Keep up the good work and keep vaping. I am. 55 days analog free, go me!:vapor:

Yes, go you! :)

Pretty much everything's already been said here but I have noticed one thing and this seems like a good place to share. I got a "item is being shipped" email from another vendor and got all excited (just ask Salem LOL). Now when I check the USPS tracking for said "shipped" item, it says they have received an electronic confirmation that an item is being "prepared" to be shipped through them. Contradicting statements? Yep....but it's made me realize that I think what happens is during the order process from vendors, that USPS electronic confirmation is just one of the steps along the way of getting our products ready and doesn't necessarily mean the item(s) has already shipped. This isn't a vendors fault...it's the way the system is built to work through USPS.

Soooo, I've decided to consider that first "shipping" message as JACK SQUAT. When the mailman walks in the door toting a package, only then does it become JACK POT. :)

David, we nearly demanded you through a multi-page thread to give us a sale. You did and we thank you. You and crew have busted butts to get our juices out to us quickly as possible. I think the majority of us saw a lot of the massive orders placed and can understand how flavourings can start to run low. And just like there are some of us who are upset we cannot get our orders fast enough, I'd place big bets you have been upset too that you couldn't get your flavouring order fast enough. I just hope Max from FA didn't get quite the heat that some have given you over this issue. LOL

Ha! Free, said vendor does the same as FSUSA. He prints a shipping label at the time that he starts processing or making your mod just as FSUSA does at the time that they start to process orders. Hey, at least you know it is in process. lol

Our post office is such a piece of work! So my order is on its way and says that it left Denver on thursday night at 9:30. I live in Colorado Springs which is about an hour away from Denver. Still no updates or anything on the package. I sure hope it get here today. You guys should definitely look into making fedex ground available as a shipping method. I just don't trust the post office anymore. Haven't sent anything through them in a couple of years now.

Got everything in today...I've got way too much juice to wade through to even begin to formulate opinions. Grand total ordered a HUGE order on Tuesday night, it was here Saturday morning.

One thing I will say...we never have to wait, and even when I wait one more day than usual, THIS JUICE IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT!!!

The first bottle I cracked open was a 30ml of Forest Fruit...all I have to say is WOW! Really a nicely balanced sweet fruit juice. I am very happy I listened to other people's opinions and got 30ml!
