Our post office is such a piece of work! So my order is on its way and says that it left Denver on thursday night at 9:30. I live in Colorado Springs which is about an hour away from Denver. Still no updates or anything on the package. I sure hope it get here today. You guys should definitely look into making fedex ground available as a shipping method. I just don't trust the post office anymore. Haven't sent anything through them in a couple of years now.

I'm probably in the minority with this, but I actually prefer the USPS. They seem to have cheaper rates a lot of the times, consistent delivery times, and deliver on Saturdays. One thing that really irks me about Fedex and UPS is when they require a signature even if you don't request it. In my case no one is home during the day, and they leave a notice on your door. After 3 try's you have to go to the distribution center, which for me is a good half hour drive. I'm sure others would use alternative shipping, but USPS is good for me.

I'm with ya, Mobius. Last month I ordered some batteries and a charger from an outfit in California. They shipped it out fast, but FedEx gave my gear a 3 day tour of California before sending them on to Texas.

Yeah, I love USPS personally, mostly because I am in Canada. The price we pay for shipping USPS is set at one thing, and we don't have to pay customs fees when things cross the border. We can get reallllly gouged by Fedex and UPS with border fees. I have to wait awhile for my stuff to get here, but I know I'm not going to get stuck paying an extra $40 in fees.

Hi David,
I was just reading your post in this thread. It saddens me to think people would say such horrible things to such decent human beings. It is truly awful. Always remember the wonderful people/ members of YOUR forum who love your work and everything you and Pamela bring to this community.

Don't you even think of not selling juice because of some Bozo's!!! I'll come all the way over there and picket outside your front door if you do!! :)

I Love the work you guys put in. Take it easy

Michele

I experienced this issue this week. I placed my order on Monday and by Wednesday I was starting to worry since I hadn't heard anything about my order and FSUSA has spoiled me (and apparently a lot of others) with super fast shipping I was worried my order may have been overlooked (which does happen even with the best of businesses).

Shot an email and got a response from the lovely Kristen (who deserves a raise for putting up with my questions btw) and she informed me that two of my juices didn't have the ingredients. No problem...I switched them out for two others I have been wanting to try that I'm sure will be just as good. And found out today that my juice has left the Tucson sorting facility and are on their way to surprisingly warm Columbus, Ohio! WOo hoooo!!

I haven't been on ECF for a couple of days and didn't realize that there were supplier issues or I never would have bugged you guys about it. I feel kind of bad now even though I was beyond polite in my emails and even called you guys "rock stars". LOL. Either way...stuff happens and I understand that. If I hadn't heard anything by Tuesday I was going to give you all a call. Slightly sad that I won't now...it would have been nice to talk to Dave and put a voice to the name. LOL.

I think the problem is is that FSUSA has sort of shot themselves in the foot by establishing this reputation of super fast processing and shipping that if there is a delay for something outside of their control people aren't as forgiving, at least that's how it appears to me. It's almost like we are telling them that they have set the bar too high for themselves.

Either way...I should be getting my juice Tuesday or even tomorrow...and I cannot wait to try my flavors. Has anyone tried Ryder? I got that and Italian Cake, the Apple Jacks ones, Crunch Berries, my Peppermint Mocha, Sherbet, and a few others.

Hey to each his own! I would just like to have some options.

I'm happy with USPS as well. When I place orders on the East Coast and/or from FSUSA, I always have my package within two to three days. My last FSUSA order was processed through the post office in Arizona last Wednesday night and I had it in Friday's mail.

Interesting thread. I'm sure sorry David and crew receive such shameful emails, but no one can fix stupid. It's a plague that appears to be spreading and it's very sneaky. You can't always tell by looking or talking to a person if they are one of those miserable ones.
Actions always speak louder than words, and they are not bright enough to hide that.

Too many of these poor creatures have "I" problems. I need, I want, I am, etc. They act like they are the only reason the world exists and if every contact doesn't revolve around them, it's time to lay on the floor and throw a big fit. They are very good at this, because practice has made perfect their actions. Some could even have awards for excellence.

I would want to just "fire" them as customers, as would be an owners right.

I have been more than satisfied with FSUSA completely, as I know many others have as well.
So you have my permission to just toss those cry-babies into the trash can and move on to those that appreciate your products and services. :thumb:

FSUSA is one of the companies where even if I have to wait a week for my product, I am okay. I know that when I receive my juice it will be up to my standards and their CS has always been good to me. I would rather my order be delayed for a few days knowing that they will fulfill my order with precision. I have had some companies (e-cig related and not) that I have waited 2 weeks or more when they say 3-5 business days. I ALWAYS recommend to anyone ordering to order way before you run out of your juice because you never know what may happen.
