Ordered a three pack of liquimax blanks from V2 a WEEK AND A HALF AGO. STILL NOT SHIPPED.

Sent an email four days ago asking what the deal was. Nothing.

Sent an email asking for a refund yesterday. STILL NOTHING.

I will be contacting my card company and having them revoke the charge. V2 customer service and shipping department, big THUMBS DOWN.

After being emailed back recently I have been told the package was undeliverable.

I called the post office to see if I could get the package from their office, not there anymore.

They said more than likely they did not put my apartment number in the second line, a common problem with shipments in my area (college town).

Customer service department: Slow to respond, thumbs down.

Shipping department: Thumbs down. Forgetting to put something like an apartment number on a shipping label is unacceptable. Buyer beware. Make sure to explicitly say to PUT THE APT NUMBER DOWN.

After one month, finally received my package.

Credit to V2 Cigs? Nope.

The mailman was kind enough to deliver it anyways, even though it STILL didn't have my apartment number on the shipping label. Thankfully my apartment mailbox has my last name in it, so they can match it with the recipient name. USPS let it slide this time, but it probably won't happen often!

I have nothing personal against V2, I'm purely looking at this objectively. That being said, their customer service was very slow and their shipping department clearly does not care if you live at a two-line address.
