This is Hailey. The pic is one the shelter had posted on their website, which is also where she got her name. I've only had her for about 2 months now. She had been seized from her owners, had a collar (or restraint of some kind) embedded in her neck. You can kind of see the scar in the pic a little bit, but it's not very noticeable. She's still very puppyish - her whole body wiggles when she wags her tail, which is always! The tail wags this dog.

I have pics of the kitties (2), but they're on an external hard drive. Will post them later.

I think if you ever find yourself in a life and death "must buy alcohol" situation, you're gonna die unless its another 20 years from now. On the bright side, typically people who tend to look younger live longer, cause your "actual" age is unrelated to your temporal age... IE, if you look old, youre closer to death than if you don't. Odds are you'll live a long time barring accident or disease.

Yeah haha Actually had a spiritual healer at a renaissance fair give me and some friends free readings intended just for some fun and WOW this guy was amazing. He knew near everything about us, past injuries, personalty traits, etc and told us what we need to look out for. And one of the things he said was that he was confused with me, he said I was 20 so he got it right but said I had the health of a 15-16 year old and I could live to my nineties. Like you said, given that theres not an accident etc. Ahhhh XD

I should say almost 2, January 9th!

I have to say I'm amazed it's been nearly 2 years already. It happens in the blink of an eye. I'm looking at the little boy now who can disassemble the cordless phone in under a minute and pick out the keys to my laptop, and wonder where the baby who used to fall asleep on my chest after a bottle went.

I shouldn't say I can't wait- it's hard enough to grab on and keep these moments as they are lol.

I'm not sure my sister would agree with you jen jen...she's been in the emergency room way too many times raising her 2 boys!! Rough little buggers...lol!

I have 2 girls 18 and 11!! They are fun!! The older one is at U of M now her picture below! The other one looks just like her at that age but doesn't want me to post her picture so.. you only get one!!

lol- I'm not sure where the blond on him came from- I was full blown brunette with brown eyes at his age. His dad is the same brown on brown combo. The blue eyes I can say with certainty came from his grandpa.

I think I would rather deal with my son's rough-and-tumbles than PMS. My mom, sister, and I never get along during certain times of the month. I can't imagine one more in the mix.
E has the tendency to head .... people, and that's resulted in the near-knocking out of my tooth once or twice. I've learned how to dodge. Fast. lol
