Sort of did a minimum ECF off day. Mainly because of the RW. Pesky little thing now and then.

Evening all. 
Was a day of work, writing, and testing BHam sir. Need to get to bed at decent time tonight, 5am start tomorrow, followed by a 2am start on Friday. Love 6 day work weeks. Need to get to Baltimore for an important meeting by 1pm on Friday as well. Will be a very busy few days for me....

Ms. Jj2 at least the world is smaller today then it was even 10 years ago. Unless they move to a country without internet you can keep in touch.

Yes we will keep in touch and they will be back because her family is from around here.

The owner wants to sell the house. A guy and his dad are real interested in buying it and it will still be a rental.
The potential buyer owns and rents several places and will rent to anyone. The current owner of it now at least checked people out but potential buyer will rent to anyone and he doesn't do much up keep on his places.
The owner did say if we came up with someone we recommended, he keep it and let them rent.
I'm hoping for the latter but most likely he will sell. Hopefully we get very lucky.

jj2 - we have a rental house next door and share a well with them. The owner has rented it to some
real winners - ugh. A police raid there one night was probably the highlight of those winners. Now it's
rented to a decent person, crossing my fingers it stays that way.
