What's up family? yellow, I've been good but we've gotten TERRIBLE flood rains the last couple days and it's been bad. Luckily, I think most of Chicago is prepared from our floods earlier in the year. I just despise this weather!
im sorry to hear that, I hope your basement isn't affected. I know when my house floods, its a big problem sometimes.

Evening all. Was a 14 hour day from hell. Got home, took a nap, still waking up....
Hi all - took a lightning strike this afternoon in the back yard, hit 2 oak trees. Fried a lot of electronic stuff,
including the router, modem, one computer, one tv, a PS3, telephones, circuit breakers, etc.
Hubby and son went right to WM to buy router, hooked up spare modem, was on phone with
isp for a good while, it's been a long night.

Oh forgot to indicate yes we're fine and so is the house.

Yes we have insurance, not sure if we'll file a claim or not
because we do have a large deductible and not sure it's even
worth it. Hubby an electrician he had extra circuit breakers and
fixed those immediately. Before they ran to WM.

It was a great time Ms. Amraann and Ms. Jj2. Tried 16 different beers, got stuff for the puppies, just had a lot of fun.
Hi all. Saturdays are usually a day to do nothing, not this week.
Lightning strike left more electrical work for today as there was an
open circuit we weren't aware of. The work was mostly for electrician
hubby and son. But all fixed now and all is well. Here is a pic of the
tree that got struck in our back yard.
