Good afternoon everyone.... I have so much work to get done and no energy to do it
Evening all. Sovie is doing a bit better today, ear wasn't nearly as inflamed. Stopped by on my way home to help my mom put the drops in. Apparently things didn't go well this morning, he smacked the hell out of my dad with his head since he was muzzled.... At least I know once a day he's getting the dosage without issue.
Buddie was a small dog...weighed about 29 pounds. I used one leg to keep her head up and the other to hold her down and it was still a battle to get those drops in.
Evening all. A nice 15 hour day today....
Ms. Jj2 it's much harder to hold down a smaller dog than bigger in my experience with dogs. Loki and Mario have a much lower center of gravity than Sovie and a lot less room to grab hold of.

You could be right. Buddie was the only small dog we had. The larger dogs DH always took care of.
Evening all. Another really long day.... Not a happy one either. Though my boss/friend has been gone for 10 months it's really sinking in as we approach xmas. This was his favorite time of year. Then to top it off found out my "sister" (using quotation marks because we're only related by blood) needs to give away one of her dogs Turbo because he's acting out since they've pretty much put him oln the pay no mind list since she had her baby....
Morandir I know the feeling of missing someone this time of year..just try to enjoy those around you. It's probably better that your "sister" find a new home for her dog if they don't have time for him. Pets need to be loved, cared for and played with.

It's been a very long emotional day.... Not going to go into it just yet, in a surprisingly good mood despite the fact I just had to spend more than 2 hours working on clean up. Not trying to ruin my mood.

Just wanted to stop by and wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. It's been a long year but have many blessings to count. The weather is not one..its 1 degree here today and below zero with wind chill...don't want to get out any more than I absolutely have to..
