Good morning...just stopping by to say hello.... still all fat and sassy here but finally....finally starting to feel like my old self again Started a diet on Monday and gained 1.5 lbs this week
But I'm sure eating different is giving me much more energy and helping me to bounce back... Hope I haven't missed anything major while absent. Getting excited for Vapebash.....

I got on the diet bandwagon too. I think I might have lost a whole pound.
If you are exercising just remember muscle weighs more than fat so you might actually gain.
Then there is that water retention thing.

If you really want to loose some weight let me know, because I lost 120lbs in 1yr. After many many year's, I finally found something that works and you can purchase it over the counter. Because of my weight loss, my pharmacist is now having to stock more than 2 per month on the shelf. Anyway, let me know if interested. Good luck to ya!!

I'm dieting too ,no more excuses as well as starting the crunches and "girl pushups " and walking ...dr says walk 3 tims a week for 30-45 minutes .I refuse to gain anymore ! Maybe it'll work now that i am fed up with myself lol
