Good morning vapers! I had a successful trip to the doctor yesterday. I'll still need more testing but the doc was able to rule out some theories about what's wrong with my heart with the test I just finished. It's a long road ahead but I'm feeling good today! I got some medicine that will help my heart rate maintain a regular pace and I am definitely seeing the benefit ! Have a great day V4Lers!

jj, I have a coffee mug with that exact image on it. A colleague once mentioned that it even sort of looks like me first thing in the a.m. (damn, I HATED those 9:00am Monday morning Team meetings! )

I check this thread first in case I run out of time. Damn Facebook. It's not what you think! It's Social Media Marketing for a realtor client. My own friend activity is nil because I'm so introverted, it's natural for me not to aggressively seek people out that I know IRL with friend requests. I enjoy fan pages I never knew existed, like Social Introverts or Hippie Peace Freaks and my fantasy world is full!

A select few received shameless requests from me to like the page I manage, so that makes 7 friends so far in 3 months. I opened the account 3 years ago and just dusted it off this year. In trying to get likes, I spend time on LinkedIN (the other time-suck) posting on link-exchange threads to promote the page. I've liked 171 pages (half were trades) yet most people seem to have liked only 7 pages and have more than 171 friends. I just love irony.

It's funny that I was brought here today by an email newsletter from Smokey Joe himself, and I wondered why that arrives in my inbox while no forum subscriptions will. Things that make you go hmm.

Good evening everyone...just a quick hello. Sorry I haven't been around much just that busy time of year....but all is good on this end.

I feel the same way about FB...I do check it a few times a week as being from such a large family there are often things I catch on there..but do not spend much time and haven't even figured out how to do many tasks. Everyone have a great evening..hopefully I'll have a little more time to play this weekend.
