Afternoon all, not raining at the moment, and that is nice since we have had 7 inches in the last 24 hours, but they are still calling for a 90% chance.

I also have high chances of rain, maybe later tonight. 7 inches would have me out shoveling rocks all week. My driveway is 1/4 mile round trip and I live on top of a hill with the entry at the very bottom. There is a lot of erosion if it rains buckets, I'm hoping it's either slow or tame this time. I have to do all the shoveling myself "old school", using a wheelbarrow to bring rocks and gravel back up the hill where it was washed away. It's better than shoveling poo, but much heavier.

Rain is a mixed blessing for me. I'll keep my eye on the cloud's silver lining and hope for the best.
