I have two of Ray's tanks. Love them! I had problems with the Boge pre punched carts, I guess I burned them. I'm wondering if I can get a different carto's that are pre punched, because I am not the type who punches things. Anyone have any suggestions?

It's unusual to burn two cartos in a row. How are you priming them?

There is a defect that won't show up on testing. It causes the carto to burn instantly and drops the resistance to unusable levels.
But like the others have said 2 in a row is a pretty rare thing.
I always recommend (if you're new to cartos) for people to prime the way I describe on my FAQ page. It's slow and not for the impatient, but when you do it, there's no doubt the carto is fully primed.

Flood filling takes 30 seconds tops especially when u blow the juice thru with your mouth.
One or two inhales all juice comes out of the 510 hole and your good to go.
Ray do you sell orings for caps? One of my caps is loose and doesn't sit in tank properly.

I do sell the o-rings separately. They're listed under Tank Parts. Which set of caps is it?

Silver caps from a pyrex tank I bought around christmas time. Never used it and once I received the purple caps this week I took silvers off the glass and noticed how loose one of the two were. My two sidewinders only have one cap each and I wanna discontinue use of grommets for now and make everything capped :)
This drip tip I have almost matches the purple perfectly.

The purple IS dynamic on the white SB, I must admit!

Have you tried smoketech's pre-punched ones? I was hoping Ray would start carrying them... hint... hint...

I also saw what seems like pre-punched boges somewhere. I can't remember where, but I think vendors will soon start carrying them. I think they're factory punched, if I'm not mistaken.

AND - Of Course let's not forget that "Beautiful APV Stand" holding "Your" Vamo up right with the VVV . . . :D

Ah, yes, that beautiful stand. That's also a beauty. :)

I've seen your stands Uncle, and I believe none of my beautiful apv stands match yours in beauty. I'm getting one custom made as we speak. :D

To me, that would be a step backwards in quality.

That may sound a little harsher than it was meant, but I have to really believe in a product to stock it. I don't worry about missing some sales on a product I don't really believe in.

No, that wasn't harsh. Boges have a great reputation, and I don't want you to stock things that your customers won't buy. I do prefer boges myself, and punching my own cartos. But, have you heard about the pre-punched Boges? I swear wherever I saw it (I can't remember now) said it was factory punched.

I haven't heard of any pre-punched Boges, I'll ask my account rep next time I place an order though.
Boge did come out with what was essentially a carto tank, although they called it a clearomizer, it appeared to have a pre-punched carto in it. I'm not really sure if it's a true cartomizer or not, and I recall it was flanged.

OK, that sounds familiar. If I could just remember where I saw it. My memory isn't what it used to be. :D

There are a few co-ops that are ordering laser-drilled cartomizers from Boge. Here's a photo:

The co-op prices are only slightly higher than the regular cartos. If the price difference is nominal for you, perhaps that would save your hands some aching?

That hole looks to be in the right place for the tanks.
I just sent off an e-mail to my rep asking for a sample. I want to see how well they wick.
Is that a flange on the bottom?
