No coffee this morning.. going shopping and might get a new pot. so waiting to make it..Y'all can suffer muahahahahah
Travesty, you can always make coffee, just some grounds in a cup lol, mines brewing though.
only thing I see i dont like is the warmer is only 2 hours. But with the single cup thing on the side i might be able to work around it.
I wish I knew how to BBQ... I'd cook ribs outside while I sat with Emmy, but the last time I tried... in my late 20s... I had a smoker and a white t-shirt... there was a fireball... then I looked down and my white t-shirt had huge black circle in the front and I think I lost my eyebrows... Yeah, I remember my hair was singed and I had no eyebrows for a bitAfter that, I just made sure the man in my life could BBQ =] Potential mate = BBQ, vacuum, and... I forget the last one... Oh, yeah, never mind

Sounds like you violated the first rule of bbq - no lighter fluid! (Tastes bad, and it never completely burns off so you can easily end up with a volatile mix waiting for you to open the lid and give it oxygen..)
Get a chimney starter for a few bucks at the local hardware store and you'll never go back. (Alternately, if you are serious, you can get something like the Weber Performer - it has a small propane burner under the charcoal to light it. That is my every day go-to grill when I don't feel like whipping out the competition rigs.. I actually use both sometimes - the chimney can go over the burner if I'm lighting it for a different cooker.)
If you do go the performer route, be careful - there are 2 versions now, and the cheaper one is pretty junky..
first pot made. used the bold setting. its decent. no plastic or bad tastes. So guess im pleased for now. will see in a week.

I have been meaning to ask you for a good spare ribs recipe for my smoker, along with an inexpensive homemade bbq sauce recipe to baste it with. one of my projects this weekend is to fix my grill, i went to grill chicken the other night and i think the hose or something is blocked because it would not ignite and after inspection i realized there was no propane smell. i think something is clogging the hose maybe?? (i was SO disappointed to pan fry my drumsticks!!!) (oh, and our oven is TEMP out of order!!)

I'll most likely be closed for another 2 weeks. I've been working night and day 7 days a week since sometime in mid Feb.
I'm close to being caught up on getting the orders out, but then I'll have a massive stack of paperwork to deal with. (It was 6 inches tall last time I measured it)
