I just got these in this afternoon. Spent some time testing them and they work great.
They sure look good with the Pyrex too!

One thing about these caps. The hole for the cartomizers is a tight fit! You'll need to make sure your carto has not been deformed from punching the holes.

Nice, I ordered one and finally getting a filling tool. Not that I need one for the other caps I've been using. My current caps I got from you pop off and on quite easily. Thanks Ray.

I am issuing refunds to anyone who purchased the Aluminum caps last night or this morning.
After assembling a few I realized it's just not going to work as is, I will need to modify the design and have another batch run.

Since I need to redesign my caps for the Pyrex line, I was wondering.
Would people prefer that the edge of the cap be flush with the tank, or have a slight overhang?

I think flush gives it a cleaner look, but debating on the overhang to make it easier to remove them. What are your thoughts?

A slight overhang would probably make the caps just as wide as a Silver Bullet. Other than that, I like the flush look of the Triple V Pyrex tank & caps.

As for the pyrax aluminum caps, I'd prefer a flushed one. That's my preference.

I'm going to try to fix the caps before I throw them away.
Ordering some tools today. I know what needs to be fixed on it, and I "should" be able to fix them. I've done the same thing when I worked in a machine shop, but of course I had access to much better tools and machines then.
Keeping my fingers crossed. It sure would be a shame to throw out all the caps I bought.

No, I sure don't. I actually don't have them on order yet. The order I placed got rejected. The new vendor I want to use has a substantially higher minimum order.
I should be able to place the order this week though.
