It's just part of using a tank, not really preventable.
I top off my tanks at about the halfway point, that heads off vapor lock by letting the pressure equalize.
Side fill tank, remove the screw.
Grommet Pyrex, lift up the edge of the grommet like you were going to fill it.
Hard cap, lift cap, or push carto down into tank (use a fill tool)

Hey Ray! Any suggestions on how to deal with vapor lock? Or how to prevent it?

Well you of all people better since You sell them! Yeah I'm super tempted for one of your monsters but really like and have enough 35mm cartos that it would just be more parts to order. These cartos work well with pure vg also which is shocking.

Haha True, but the 5ml Jumbo tank is my personal favorite. Big capacity and uses the 35mm cartos.
