Thanks guys! They look pretty good on the ego. I think it was that I am just so used to the 3ml baby tank, that the difference in diameter looked huge to me. I have one of the flared thread covers that I bought not realizing it was too big to use with anything I have. I might have to go dig it out...

I have one of the pyrex tanks and I posted a quick pic here showing what it would look like with your flared ego thread cover on a "twist" style battery, and here showing both the polypro and pyrex. Granted I'm using vision spinners, but they are basically the same as the twist. I think the pyrex looks great. I was a bit worried it would be really wide, but it doesn't look bad - I actually like it best of all the configurations I've put together with my stuff.
I'm so excited! I ordered me a new polypro tank today! And a carto punch and some extra grommets and screws for my existing tank and my new one, woohoooooo! I have been waiting forever to be able to place this order! Thanks, Ray, for making tanks so awesome they are worth getting this excited about!
I just have to put this out there, because I am super impressed and I haven't even got the package yet! I placed an order this morning and in less than 2 hours I had a tracking number for the order in my email! I placed an order from the east coast many many days ago, but my package got stuck in a post office in the middle of the hurricane so it will be a while before I see those clearos! In a panic I placed my order with Ray, thinking even if it ships by the end of the week, it will still get here before the other order. It looks like Ray's package may get to me before the weekend. Even if the tank arrives broken, doa, whatever, Ray's got a lifetime customer based off the quick shipping alone!
Ray, I just wanted to drop by and say a heartfelt thank you. Your attention to detail and above and beyond customer service are outstanding. Receiving my order today put an end to a long run of "bad vape days" lol I'm happily vaping and I couldn't be any more pleased as a customer. Thank you! I'll post some nifty pics later.

Thanks Ray, for once again shipping my order the same day I placed it. I just had a second carto punch go kaput on me and your perfectly prepunched cartos were the first thing that came to mind. 
No, not the punch you sell. I still need to get one of those but maybe on my next order. But yeah, I think it's the threading that wore out on both of mine. The carto punch you sell looks durable and easy to use.
It is, on both counts. you'll find a guide for using it on my FAQ page, and I couldn't even tell you how many 1,000's of cartos I punched before wearing it out.
I'm too lazy to punch so Ray is my ....H .. PUNCH MY CARTOS!
Hahaha, me too! And I either punch them too far or not far enough sometimes. I'm just wasting cartos doing it myself. At least Ray doesn't charge for the ones he messes up, lol. He's probably gotten really good at it by now, though.
