Awesome! I love those kind companies, really, they stand out with their genuine desire to help vapers have the best possible vaping experience. It's a big factor as to where my vape money goes And yeah, VVV definitely is one of those companies.

I have to add "My" voice to that chorus singing the praises of "RayN' and VVV . . .

Not that anyone who has delt with "Ray" doesn't already know that he is one of the GOOD GUYS ! ! !

Talk about Quality Control and Customer Service . . . "Ray" not only refused to send me something I ordered that he felt was not up to his standards and that I might be disappointed with, or let "Me" wait for new oness to come in . . . "Ray" went out of his way to contact "Me" to let me know and then graciously upgraded my order to another better tank at no extra cost . . .

NOW - THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE . . .
