As Vince said it's probably a flooded carto.
If the juice is too thin for the hole size I punch, that may also be the cause.
With Ray's permission, here's a review of the polypropylene 5ml Triple V Jumo and the pyrex 7ml Triple V Sidewinder. I'm incredibly happy with both products and really impressed with Ray's customer service.

I'm selling a limited amount right now. 2 packs per order until I can re-order.
China basically shuts down for 10 days to celebrate their national holiday. I'll order on the 18th when they re-open. Then it depends on how backlogged they are.

Depends on how many holes you have. With rays double punched 50/50 works fine! Not sure about more pg though as i don't vape that.

I use a 50/50 ratio juice. But it's very subjective. It's a matter of finding what YOU like. The hole size I use tends to work well for a wide variety according to my customers. However, probably 5% or so it just doesn't work for them.
Punching a carto is VERY simple. Check my FAQ page, it gives step by step instructions on how I do it. It's easy to make a smaller hole by turning the screw less. The carto punch I sell is the same thing I use to punch carto's and I've been using the same punch since I learned about it on ECF no less. (Thanks Markfm!)

Thanks Uncle, I'll probably turn in earlier than usual, but no point in going to bed until the pain level comes down anyhow. Unfortunately it's just something I'm used to living with.
Oh... something new came in today!
My machine shop sent the caps, so I have plenty of the black and silver now for when the Pyrex arrives and I also have Stainless Steel caps available for the Pyrex Tanks.
I had those made for people with sensitivities to aluminum. The cost on those is substantially higher, (Materials was 3x the price plus it's tougher to machine) so they will cost $5.00 more than the aluminum caps.

Quite excited for the stainless steel caps, along with a new 7ml Sidewinder. February 21 is tomorrow, right?
They're actually slightly thinner, to take up less space inside the tank. Other dimensions are the same.
SS Is same dimensions of the other caps I'm assuming?
