Ray, I've been getting a lot of questions on instagram about vvv. Do you think we'll ever get back to a 1 week wait? Also Are you going to carry ego twist kits anymore? I have a few buddies who want kits and who better to give business to then you!~

And your orders are by order number right? so If I ordered say a carton of cartos it would still be a 3 week wait? Or may I ask are you going to be carrying the lasers? Should I just wait? And obviously I know your oos.. But I mean in the next delivery :)

I think I'll get back to a 2-3 day processing time, it's just a matter of digging out from the surge. I had been getting about 50 emails a day asking me when the Pyrex would be back in stock. I knew I was going to get slammed.

I probably won't carry those kits again. SST has quit selling the kits. I considered getting the joyetech version, but the price is so much higher I don't think it would be worth it.

I don't know that I'll be adding anything really new for awhile. Each new thing represents a big investment in cash. I will probably focus more on expanding into a business location and hopefully hiring some help.

Yeah, orders are processed in the order received, whether it's for a pack of cartos or a dozen tanks.

I know it means a lot of up-front work, but have you thought about premaking some and shipping them off to amazon to handle distribution? I'm not alone in being willing to pay a little extra for free/prime shipping through amazon. (And it is nice to be able to assemble 1 big order instead of going through tons of smaller vendors directly.. It isn't super expensive but it would add about $2.00 per unit and 50c/mo per cubic foot of storage.)

Just wondering, don't let me take you away from the backlog :)

With all the color combo variations I sell I think it would be approx. 300 tanks, just so Amazon could have 1 of each. Ties up an awful lot of stock for no real gain and more overhead costs. I try to keep my overhead as low as possible, it's the only way I can sell stuff at the prices I do.

According to Amazon it is pretty much a NY thing. 9 states/areas pay tax, out of 52 total (if you include DC & PR). I don't know what his customer demographic looks like, but it is unlikely to be a majority (or even a quarter.)

Interesting! Thank you for that info but I still believe eventually all sales online will be pilfered thru for taxes... Great when I move to TX I'll still pay tax... GREAT@!

Must be a NY thing, I've never paid a dime of tax for online ordering that wasn't fulfilled out of my state. (EG target and such send it from a local store, so we pay tax..)

Any state where they have a physical presence they have to collect sales tax. As they build more distribution points, fewer and fewer states will be exempt.

That is a bit much :)

I wonder if their pick process can handle kits. (1 screw, color selected. 1 carto, resistance selected. 1 tip, color. 1 tank.) That'd cut down dramatically on the number of combos that have to be sent, but they might charge a pick fee for each part.. (Quick way to turn a $30 tank into an $80 tank..)

2/24 #4. Am loving my new bolt that I just got last Monday.. except for when I drop it on my toe....

I am a bit down :'( I got a $20 plastic Bolt and I LOVED IT!!! It's not VV, but it hit the sweet spot every time not matter whether I was using a Triple V tank or a variety of cartos/clearos... It is small and lightweight and has this funky texture to it that was cool to touch. The part where you screw the carto into got loose so I super glued it, then I dropped it and the seal broke, so I super glued it again. It still works, but now it only works with a tank, it won't heat up a carto/clearo now :'(

BUT if I put the 510/eGo adapter on it will work with ANYTHING! WTH does that mean??? It worked before without the adapter... some connection must be broke when it fell?!?!

Have you tried to raise the center pin?

The entire Bolt is very fragile now... I can pull the center pin out A LOT... I test it and nothing happens, I push it down a bit, still nothing. I push it flush with the top of the Bolt and it will work with tanks, I add the adapter and it works with everything... I might get one of the nicer Bolts and not the cheapo plastic ones, but I really like the feel of it... some kind of freaky rubber XD
