CHAT - I should just duck my head and say nothing ;) I'm so broke half of my check was gone before it landed XD

Lisa's been a baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad girl... it'll take me a bit to get back to where I was when I started vaping in December...

2 It's my busiest time of the year! Commission salary only so things have been quite dry.

My girl has been vaping a lot more also so i had to get extra.) She's also gonna order some juice next week to help which is awesome!

That spiral cutter is pretty cool Factor52. Wife made the Spaghetti squash spaghetti a couple times. She likes it. im not a big spaghetti person anyway. Im down 25-30. Havent checked for couple weeks, but my belt got looser this week so I know im still going down. Im doing a KETO style diet. Just cut out sugar and carbs. 20-30 carbs a day from veggies and such. The rest is protein and fat :) Bacon is good and goes with everything !

02/15 Entry #1 . . .

@ "Hokus" -
Although it's a day earlier than it should be - sending GOOD VIBES to both "You" & "Wifey" for a fast and easy delivery . . .Please give her "Our" best . . .

Long story short - HUGE fruit/veggies person, and just one of the reasons why I must limit them now that I am a diabetic . . . AND - Just as an FYI: NO LONGER eat alot of pasta either (actually don't like it as much for a number of reasons) - but when I do, I found one specifically made for people who are diabetic and/or are on a carb restricked diet that really taste good too (Italian background here) called "Dreamfields" . . . Most major stores carry it now and You can get a $1 off coupon online also . . .:D

Okay - another travel day - into NYC for the weekend . . . See Ya' All Later . . . :)

Dreamfields is tasty, we ate that when we flirted with no carb a few years ago. Quinoa pasta is a little grittier but is also good on taste.

My "diet" is fairly simple: if it has more than 5 ingredients I don't buy it, and when given the choice opt for the least processed option available. Actually, the 5 rule is a bit bendy; my granola bar this morning has 7 ingredients but they're all things I could purchase from the grocery store myself if I wanted to bother with making my own danged bars. I don't follow it 100% but I'm getting there.

No, but I'm thinking when I place my next juice order I might make a custom juice at MBV.

2 parts waffle
2 parts maple syrup
1 part Madagascar vanilla
1 part bacon

It'll either be amazing or horrid :D

#3 So I woke up this morning to my step-son tapping me and pointing to the alarm clock which never went off. No bueno. Running very late today, and both kids late for school. Bummer. On the other hand my vvv tanks should be in the mail today according to track and confirm. They went through the Tucson sort facility this morning!! YAY!
