Yes this is what I saw also, I think the pic are just outdated or the wrong ones. I should be able to confirm in a few days

Very true, however that's using China Post (10-25 days or so it says) which is unreliable outside china, you would have to use EMS which is $20+. True however, it is cheaper if you decide to try China Mail... but for $6.75 more, you get it in 3 to 4 days instead of 2 to 4 weeks (from lots of reading about china mail).

It sure feels like it, I wanted to get it quick and cheap from the US and all I could find in my research was about $48 with shipping

I've been thinking about this... if my chrome finish goes Tango Uniform, I'll either bead blast it down to the copper base metal & let it patina naturally, or search for a wrap/skin. Both options have their pros & cons.

Testing the Efest 800's now. First one still going @4+hrs on the same setup. Hmmmm......
That is interesting. I can get about 1 to 2 additional hours out of my ultra 1200 mah than I do with my efest 800 using the same 2.0 head at 7 watts. The biggest difference is when using a dual coil at 14 watts I can get a good amount of vape time where I was killing the imr 800 s in about an hour.

It's not a copper core. It's brass (copper/zinc alloy). It will still patina but don't expect it to patina like pure copper.
I ordered an SS version from Health Cabin today. They had some sort of naming contest and decided to call it a Bamboo so look for that.
are you sure this site is legit? their selling DID rebuildables for $9 isnt that like super super cheap?
UGH! I ordered mine a couple of days ago, and this option wasn't available. Oh well. I'll just be happy to get it. I picked EMS (although from what I've read, I probably should have picked DHL), keeping my fingers crossed that it will make it here by Christmas... or at least New Years.
