I printed the 'pdf' template and it didn't match up w/ my Vamo at all. Any tips/tricks to printing it?

I had the same problem. When I get home tonight - I will post the one I made (of course, without my name and the roses) :)...

However, I made the holes a little bigger so I could move it around. See my photo above.

Sorry about that. I haven't tried it yet since I am still awaiting 2 Vamos from China.
Have you tried printing it with 1:1 without scaling?

desTROYer - I printed it the way you suggested. I chose Page Scaling = "none". Seems to be correct size now. The only thing missing is a small piece for the last section above the LCD screen now.

Thanks so much for template.. Now I just have to find a vinyl I like and give it a try :)

Yep I did the same last night, selected no page scaling & it looks about right. I may not cut off as indicated for the 'extension' seam since I only use it in 18650 mode.

Now to find something other than the paisley shelf liner we have hanging around. :D

I may try some of this stuff: Carbon Fiber Film | Dedicated To Selling 3M Carbon Fiber DI-NOC Vinyl

Thanks for the hint. Score "-1" for Mac's Preview app (what Apple supplies for reading PDF files). When selecting Scaling = 100% it still prints too small. Selecting 'Full Page', it sets scaling to 97% but prints out close enough to actually use. (Can't select Full Page and 100%, arrgh!)
