I wanted to drop a plug for the vendor I bought my VAMO from, Vapor Bank.
I had the misfortune of getting a defective unit and these folks went above and beyond to correct the problem.
The real test of a vendor is how their customer service handles problems.
They tried to trouble shoot it with me.
Once the most common problem (user error) was ruled out, they sent me a USPS Priority Mail return label to return the defective unit, then sent me, again by USPS Priority Mail, a replacement unit.
I believe we have all had some bad experiences with vendors at some point.
What a pleasure it is to have found a vendor that truly acts as a member of the vaping community, not just a sales machine trying to get us to buy more and more......
Nope, I don't work for them and they didn't ask me to post anything about them or offer me reward for doing so.
I'm just a happy customer.....
