How do you know it is not using RMS? If it says NO2 that is RMS mode. There is no other indicator on the device while you are using it. Only way to tell would be to scope it or put it on an ECD meter.

After setting it for RMS mode when I go to set the watts, it is still in volt (AVG). Again, it shows 002 (with the bottom of the 0 darkened making it appear as an n)it stays in voltage (AVG) mode only letting me set V & not watts. It is working great but I have to play with the volt setting instead of watts which is why I purchased the Vamo.

Vapor Break needs to work on their website! I've had an account for 2 days there and still can't sign in. I have no issues saving money.. not worried about SS verses Chromed since I will skin these puppies to personalize them. And there are many different ways to preserve a finish.. Hardest part for that is holding off using the devices while they cure!

What browser are you using? Try using Firefox. I have had some troubles with Chrome and the site. Have you tried doing password recovery? I just logged in today and made a small purchase of an Ego UFO and some wicks for it.

I use Firefox (current and updated version with Adblock +).. Only use IE for certain Government websites and I won't use Chrome. Did the recovery, which I shouldn't have needed to as my initial confirmation had the correct password. The system generated password also does not let me in. If I put anything in the cart, as soon as I go to the cart, it empties out.

Strangely, it does work on my Android 4 phone using the standard browser.. guess I need to look into my laptop's system... It's Really nice to see that $26.99 price

You can get them at Vapor Break for $26.99 each plus shipping. Shipping on one is $3.79. I don't know how much extra shipping would be for two units. I got mine in 8 days after I ordered it to Thailand. Don't get the black chrome. It wears off very quickly (at least in my experience). The regular chrome does not look as nice but I have been told it wears much better. If you want stainless steel then you need to get from HC as VB doesn't carry the stainless steel model yet.

Unbeknownst to each other me and my brother both ordred a Vamo from Vapor Break on the same evening. They were shipped out the same day and my brother's was scanned departed from China on the 14th of December and mine on the 15th of December. Mine was delivered in Thailand on the 19th of December in Bangkok, Thailand. My brother's got stuck in China for some reason and shows another departure scan on the 19th, so we are hoping his comes any day now. Yours should show a departure scan after the opening scan. Depending on what country yours is going to it can take one to three weeks after it leaves China to be delivered. Have you tried tracking it in the destination country to see if it has arrived there yet. If I may ask, where is your Vamo going to. If you want you can PM me your tacking number and I can use other tracking resources I have to see if I can get more information on it for you. If you do not get it within 30 days request the vendor reship it or file a PayPal complaint for non-delivery if the vendor is not being courteous or helpful in dealing with you. It is the seller's responsibility to see the item delivered to the customer. If the vendor wants to ameliorate the risk they have the option of buying insurance coverage on the parcel on most countries. They tend to not do this and are basically self-insuring their shipments.

My VAMO is on the way, after reading nearly all the threads on here about it I couldnt be more excitied about this mod especially for the price about $30 for VV/VW, resistance check, batt voltage check, you couldnt get more bang for your buck in my opinion. Lots of people are saying its as good or better than the provari I cant say one way or the other because my VAMO isnt here yet and I dont have a provari. I am however considering ordering a pro vari with money I got from xmas so I can say one way or the other. Worst case I sell the provari on the classifieds. You can get 5.33 VAMO's for the sale price of one pro vari so almost seems the pro vari is not worth it to me. I know people get mad when someone uses knock off chinnese made stuff, but you cant argue when you can get 5 times the quantity for the same price. However I am sure provari will come out with a VW mod and many people will buy it do to quality its similar to apple products IMHO.

The AVG/RMS setting has nothing to do with the volts or watts setting. AVG or RMS can be used in both volts and watts modes. You change it to watts by holding down both the small buttons at the same time until the display shows ohms instead of volts. Now you are in wattage mode. Sounds like you need an instruction manual.

I missed your post jackbox. so thanks to kiwivap, jackbox & others (I may have missed), the issue is now resolved & all is good in Vamo/vape land! Strike my previous poste on the Vamo as they were goofy LOL I posted a new thread clearing this up. Count it to beginners glitch. Hooray for ECF & its great members!

Took a while to read the entire thread, but worth it. The Vamo is a splendid device for those wondering if it is good enough to get. I was able to fix the rattling 18650 battery issue by applying some tape around the battery to increase its width. The batteries now fit snug and do not lose connection and turn off the device.

Yes , the body lines ARE precut . I got the Flaming Skull Skinz and it lines up good . Just watch for stretching when removing Skinz from the card it comes on . Make sure your tube is on as tight as you would normally have it , and clean it with rubbing alcohol before you start to get skin oil and other things off .
