Vamo under 3.8v on battery

I know I saw a conversion chart on battery level to percent of battery left, but I am coming up empty on my searches. I am running a Vamo V2 with Protank 1.7 coil vaping at 7-7.5 watt. I have noticed when battery left gets to 3.8 that vapor drastically drops off. I am trying to figure out if that is normal or if it's due to battery being too low.

I'm not sure.. mine is at 3.4 right now but the clearomizer is @ 2.5 ohms, seems fine to me right now. I'd like to know about this too.

Is your Vamo set to NO1 (AVG) or NO2 (RMS)? It comes set to NO1 (AVG) by default, and I'm guessing that's your problem. Press and hold the "+" button for 10 seconds and change it to NO2 (RMS).

I'd like to know what type of battery you're using?

If you are getting a sharp drop off at 3.8v you have a bad battery. Regulation in the device tries to maintain constant output to the point where the device will Stop to protect the battery.
A defective battery may Dip rapidly and not allow sufficient output at nominal voltage.
Voltage is not indicative of reserve power.

I agree. The battery should not be dropping off that soon. They are normally done at 3,3.

The Vamo is regulated so you must have a battery issue or charger issue. And make sure you are using it in RMS (N02) mode.

It was in No2, I am currently running 18350 efest batteries, and i also have a used and abused AW 18650. I am sorry for late response I didn't get a notification on that. I did go in and change the setting back and forth to make sure it's in No2. Will run a fresh battery through it.

keep us informed, ohmy! I just switched to VV and I'd considered getting a Vamo for another APV.

Mine drops off at 3.3... but not until I get to the very last fire do I notice any reduction in vapor. Rotating two EFest 18650s.

Well I ran an 18350 down to about 3.5, while I didn't notice any vapor lose after cycling, the build up time is different. But, looks like I must have got them mixed up at some point quite awhile ago, thanks for the help everyone.

I think it's my batteries really, I tried again and it was not great after 3.8v, just to compare I tried my protank on a robust 14500, and it stayed strong until 3.4v. Also, my 18650 aw apparently is done as it was leaking.
