Tesla looks neat in my opinion. I think that the Vamo v3 is quite ugly. I have not paid attention to the others really.
I recently had a chance to do a side by side comparison of the Vamo and Tesla at a High Desert Vapes B&M. I went home with the Tesla. It's much more solidly built, being made of machined aluminum while the Vamo is a thin drawn tube. Tesla has an adjustable center post. And it will truly go to 15 watts without a problem. The only downside is the size. It's much longer than the Vamo, and the diameter is a bit larger as well. With a simple dripping atty in place it's about 8 inches long. That doesn't bother me, but it might no be ok with some people.
I'd take a tesla over a vamo V3. I agree that the vamo V3 is ugly. Hideous really IMO.
I did my homework on the Tesla, Vamo V3 and Lava tube V2. The Tesla wins over any Vamo IMHO. Theres a lot of reliability issues with the Vamos and im not taking a chance. The new Lava Tube V2 is probably about as good as a Tesla, except that it can also use a 18670 battery. The Lava Tube kit goes for $139 and it comes with a lanyard, case,18650 battery, a tank and a charger. The Tesla kits that I've seen? Some come with 2 18650 batteries and a charger and some come with one. But no case or tank. I've seen the Tesla kits for around $100. If you add in a case and a tank I think you'd still come out ahead by a few bucks. But this wasn't about money for me.
As far as I'm concerned, everyone (except the Tesla), is trying to copy the Provari. The Vamos, Lava Tubes and Sigelei's all have close to the same aesthetics. The Tesla can never be mistaken for a for anything but a Tesla. As far as I can tell the issues with the Tesla are few. After a lot of reading I decided to go with the Tesla. I'll be ordering mine next Friday and I can't wait to get it.

Know what scares me? I am strangely attracted to some ugly mods, for some reason.
I could do without the 'diamonds' for sure, but that Vamo V3 doesn't look all that bad to me. (Wonder if I could get my birthstones, or maybe some Rubies in there instead of the diamonds......heheh......Black Onyx stones running across the top there would look AWESOME, no????).
My thought for the day: Kids, always remember, that the most .... UGLY mod is FAR better than the most beautiful cigarette!
I like the Telsa but prefer the Vamo. For the fact that I can SEE the screen on my Vamo when I press the buttons!!! Who ever thought it would be a good idea to put the buttons above the screen on that telsa obviously wasn't a vaper.
I really don't understand this decision. If you use your finger instead of your thumb you can still see the screen. Just like I don't understand Phil's review, or lack thereof. He said he didn't like the button set up and gave it a thumbs down. Nothing about the functionality of the Tesla at all. His other reviews are really good, so I was surprised with this one.
Tesla's can be purchased at High Desert Vapes. They also have lots of other stuff too. Good prices on DIY stuff as well.

I have seen them for $70 someplace else. But that was for only the mod. With the above mentioned kit you are getting a battery, charger and an EVOD with the mod. Pretty good deal. Good luck!
