Many have had issues with the VV setting on the Vamo, as it is an "average" power output. I have read they are getting rid of VV altogether in version 3. Plus, VW (RMS_N02) is much closer to "set & forget", as it will sense the change in the resistence of your atty/carto and automatically adjust the power to maintain your settings.
The Vamo has two setting which apply to VV and VW. "No 1" is an average setting. If the Vamo is set on NO 1 then
both VV and VW will be on that setting - which means the pv will hit harder than what is displayed because No 1 is not accurate.
"No 2" is RMS and is accurate - it covers
both VV and VW.
Set the Vamo on NO 2 and leave it there.
People with Vamos have not had issues with VV - perhpas you meant AVG? I've been using and following what happens with the Vamo since they were released and I've not seen anyone having issues with VV once they set the Vamo to No 2 mode which is RMS. They simply need to know to set the Vamo on No 2 mode, and then both the VV and VW are accurate. That's my experience also. What they are talking about getting rid of is the AVG or No 1 mode, and just keeping RMS (No 2 Mode) for the VV and VW.
