That's what I've been doing, I just haven't seen a single video where the mesh didn't fit in perfectly. Also, the reviewers have been saying that they got 5 sheets of each type of material and I got 3.
I scanned the code on the box and it came up as authentic.

I only got 3 of each as well. There was 1 reviewer that said this as I can remember knowing about that issue before I received mine.
I have found that this rda really shines with a round wire build. I doubt I will try the mesh again.

Haven't tried a wire build in it yet, but that's good to hear. So far I am completely unimpressed with the mesh and the lack of a juice well.
On a squonker, with a dual coil round wire build, it is a great rda IMO. Ditch the mesh and see what you think. It is a night/day difference IMO.
Hey guys so I've had this for a day now, Strange, I used it with the mesh and get good flavorful puffs, but then when I remove the cap to drop juice on it and hit the fire button I see the mesh heating up red, I soak it with juice and the hot spot goes away that's not normal is it? But I get no dry hits weird....
