Vapage customer Service and shipping

Hi guys.. Just looking for advice here... I ordered a Vmod XL at 8 PM on Monday night with priority shipping.. The I checked Thursday and my order was still in the "Processing" stage. My credit card was charged... So I got on the online chat and chatted with an "ashley". I asked her the status of my order as I was in a little of a rush to receive it and let her know that I paid extra for a priority mail shipping... Her response was "Priority shipping is not how fast they package the order but how they mail it and that they need 24-48 hours to ship per their website... you ordered at 8 PM on Monday". I did not correct her and tell her that it was already way past 48 hours and more like 72 hours.. She proceeded to tell me it would ship Thursday night... Felt like she was telling me to basically buzz off... So I said thank you and ended the chat session...

Well it is now Friday and it still shows as processing... Are they always that slow to ship ? are they always that rude ? Is this a reputable company to deal with.. I am considering cancelling my order and calling the credit card company..

I know the post office has been doing some wonky stuff with their tracking. It seems as though the tracking numbers are not updated until after delivery... and even then it's hit and miss.

Yeah theres no excuse for that. I hate when companies have something going on thats preventing them from having reasonable shipping times, and don't bother to give you any notice or warning. I would contact them and be very firm (not rude mind you) with them and get some answers on why you haven't recieved your package yet.

Interesting.. So I got a hold of Vapage online today to inquire about my order that is still processing... the answer was that now they are out of XL's and that I am on backorder... When I she told me that it would ship last Thursday, she said that when it gets to shipping and they run out... they put my order on Back order.

I asked her to cancel my order and refund my money. She said Sure.

Let's see if this actually happens..
