Hi guys! I'm finally back in balmy New Orleans. The high today is supposed to be around 92, with near 100% humidity. Thank God for A/C! Atlanta was eventful; after my do-over of the Red Beans and Rice, Mom was impressed enough that we wound up making 4 more batches (that's approximately 4 gallons, btw). You see, she volunteers to cook at a local homeless shelter and decided it would be a great dish, as it freezes quite well and so can be done ahead. Apparently, the kitchen at the shelter gets oppressively hot in the summertime, so anything that keeps the stove off is a great thing.

On a vaping note, I've finally placed an order with Deej. Can't wait! I'm gonna try the dual cartos made specifically for E-power. It will apparently hold like 5ml of juice! I'm wondering if I can even use the condom method on those behemoths, or if I'm gonna have to break out my syringe, lol. One thing though; apparently they're the same width as the E-power, which means I'll have to leave the cone off. Oh, I also ordered pre-mixes of the pomegranate champagne, the cantmelon, and the strawberry cheesecake. I decided on pre-mixes cause I'm impatient; I don't want to have to wait to see if the stuff's as good as y'all say it is. I'll keep you posted.

Welcome back Reidus!! Glad to hear you had a good time, that's what it's all about. I love Deej's Pom Champagne,, I got the premixed too, and have gone through almost the whole bottle already. That, and the Apocalyptic Lemonberry Explosion.. both pretty yummy! You won't be disappointed with the Deej stuff. Hey, which Epower do you have? I just got an Ego one and the only complaint I have is the cone I have isn't big enough to go over the CE3s I've been using. I also have some other 2.5ml giant carto's that are the same diameter as the CE3s and on the hunt for a cone that will fit over them. I'm just worried about breaking one of those cartos cuz they're so tall off the battery. I'm loving the size of this thing,, and think I'll sell the lavatube and get another Epower, the one with the changeable switch assembly. More evidence that the shopping just plain never ends!! That'll be my project for downtime at work tonight.. in the meantime, gotta compose a classy add and get rid of some stuff I don't use. Happy Friday everyone!!!! vape some good stuff!

luv, I've got the E-power -14650. The 18650's too damned big (Uncle Phil compared it to a dildo, lol.). I'm not sure what you mean by an Ego one; mine's a standard 510 connector, though the Stardust's won't fit without an adapter. That's one reason I haven't tried them yet, though I know the adapter's cheap. I'm gonna play with cartos before trying a tank with this unit.

I suggest you look at the CE3's at Discount Vapors, or the Phoenix at Gotvapes (same thing). I just got some of those and I LOVE them!! The only problem with them is they don't fit in the cones.

Now, Cookster.. those twists are a proprietary battery, right? Still, they're cheap enough for a VV. I just put my lavatube up on the classys so if I manage to get rid of that I'll likely go ahead and try one of those twists... it's a race to see which one of us gets it first!!!! The thing I really like about this Epower is the 18650 battery.. it lasts darn near forever! And I've got four batts so I'll never get caught without power! Now I just have to hope the switch doesn't crap out.

Working on another convert.. another girl at work. I've loaded up a carto with some tobacco juice and I'll give her one of my KGOs to take home for the weekend. She might be a tough one to convince, but we'll see what happens over the weekend.

Oooooo me and you, a lot alike! I'll definitely be looking at the T and never heard of the XL3 so will have to check that out too. I've ordered from DV once and had good luck so I'll go back. Sold my vivi system so I'm on my way to a new toy! And now REALLY on my way to work! YAHOO for Friday!

Oh, I know the one you're talking about. I'm not particularly fond of that version for 2 reasons: first, it's basically just the case, so you need a 14650 battery and a charger as well. More importantly, according to the description, the switch and the case are one piece. One of the reasons that I bought my E-power is that the battery and switch is a separate part; that way, once the switch goes bad, you can simply replace the switch (it runs anywhere from 8-10 bucks, depending on where you shop). If you've already got the battery you should be good to go. If not, you can get the batteries and charger from Deej (she carries all sorts of stuff for the E-power 14650). Oh, I'm currently vaping the Peach Thyrmbra from Highbrow. It's really good. What's strange is that when I loaded the juice, I blew each end to get the juice out and got some of the juice in my mouth. Yum! He says that he makes it from a peach reduction, and you can really tell it when you accidentally taste the raw juice!

I did get the 18650 size, Reidus. So yeah, its the dildo sized one I already had four batts and the charger so for $20 I didn't think it was a horrible deal. I knew the switch wasn't replaceable too. I know, I know. I should have just went for the REAL epower. I don't know why I do that. Its just what I do. Always go the long (&expensive) way to get where I'm going!

Meh - the $20 ego was a small risk, and a good way to figure out if you like it or not - now you know, and when it's time to replace it, you'll get the REAL one

I'm going to spend most of the afternoon making my juice list - it's surprisingly difficult for me to part with my juice stash lol I know I'm going to be replacing it with 0 nic, and will have most of the same juices on hand, but... dang it! I had so much fun buying this stash and discovering new juices. Oh well - this is like a fresh start

Maybe I'll go through some of my other vape gear & sell some of that off too...

YAY Cookster!!! Ive been lurking about, looking at twists & epowers & heaven knows what all else! Not gonna buy right now, just dreaming. Pics when it comes please!

Oh I'm just selling the lt with all the higher ohm cartos I had hanging around for it and that mini-sub tank I got from mom & pop. I didn't like.that tank. Took it apart to clean it and had a terrible time trying to get it back together. Too much work when the dct's are so easy. Already sold that vivi system to a guy in Alaska of all places! Been thinking I might go through the juice stash too, get rid of some stuff I likely wont ever use now that ive discovered deej & ECB. I'll have to revisit them all first, of course. Forgot I had a whole box of stuff ripening in the spare room! Now all I need is the time to do it!
