Howdy, I'm quite new to vaping and could use some direction. I've got an istick pico 75watt using a .3ohm coil. I just changed my coil and filled up with a toffee cream ejuice. I'm having a hard time finding a good setting for my vape. Sometimes tastes quite harsh.
I just need an idea or range I should set my watts to so any suggestion would be awesome. I've turned it up gradually but can't find a good spot. Higher temp gives me a a thicker cloud and feels like a good drag but doesn't taste great, I get a funny after taste.. doesn't taste good turned down either.. too low and I barely get a puff.
I'm also wondering if anyone knows about the m1,2 & 3 mode. I've read the manual but really didn't help. Are these modes I can use with kenthal? I can set a temp in feriheight but I don't know how high or low I should be going either! I've read reviews about the pico and many say it's a decent starter kit but I feel like mine could be a lot better. Help me dial it in!!! please!!

Kaili,
I have never had any good experiences with the Eleaf 0.3 coils for some reason.
You might want to try a different ohm coil instead.
The M settings are for memory. If you switch out to a different coil, type of coil, and want to keep the wattage setting you can do so in one of the M settings instead of having to write it down or remember it.

Hi and welcomes,
TCR-M1, TCR-M2, TCR-M3 are for temperature control. They allow the user to configure custom TCR profiles.

Ignore "TCR" anything for now and use the VW or Bypass mode.

If quitting cigarettes, how many did you smoke per day and for how long?

Cheers

Can you explain the bypass mode
Like he said don't worry about the bypass just use it in v.w
I've been vaping for like 3 months now and still use mine in that fashion (and because i don't have coils for tc lol)
But when you're quitting you're better off with something simple and don't worry about anything else than having a comfy vape experience.

Can you explain the bypass mode
As QcVaper mentioned, just stick to VW.
Bypass mode provides "direct" battery voltage only, so as the battery's charge diminishes, so does the power delivered to the atomizer. (similar to a "mech mod" but much much safer overall)

cheers
