There's a vap shop 50 miles from me...too far for my liking. The local tobacco shops carry a few Chinese made e-juices, which is nothing I'm interested in.

I'm purchase from a friend in Ohio, who doesn't charge me much, nor am I charged for shipping. She mixes each batch as I need it, so it's so fresh that I have to let it sit for a week or so before vaping with it...all with USA made liquids. I'd rather go through that hassle than to vape something of questionable content. Also...friendship has it's privileges.

Only thing close to a vape shop by me is gear in the smoke shops. They are starting to get some decent gear, actually saw a VTR the other day at a Smokey Joes. Had an SID, a hammer clone, and some changeable coil head attys. No rba's, guy said they go through them fast. He had a decent juice selection, much better than the other smoke shop in town.

Went into a Vape only shop down in Everett, nice bunch a kids, some decent clone and rba's, but the gear I had on me out classed anything they had in stock. Owner was saying that he really wanted to get the Stingray, and was interested in the Flashi rba. I had to laugh, and pulled out my mods and said, you mean like this?

I just started vaping 5 days ago, live in the beautiful small town at the head of the Chesapeake Bay, Havre de Grace, MD. Luckily we have a vape store 14 miles away in Bel Air called the Vape Lounge, some of you may have heard of it on 98 Rock. It is owned by former 98 Rock morning show DJ Mickey Cuchiella. Nice variety of custom juices made right in the shop.

If you're not against a little drive, there is a VapeDojo in Ellicot City.

I live in Washington, DC and there don't seem to be any vape stores anywhere nearby. Tobacco stores usually have a couple kinds, but the bulk seem to be disposables, Blu and whatever random company they happen to have a deal with. Maybe the uncertainty of legal status is keeping people from opening more? Apparently there's one opening up in the Adams Morgan neighborhood of DC, but for a city this big to have none and only one on the way seems surprising. Curious to see how common vape stores are in different places. I'd love to be able to go into a store, look at the different models, ask questions, etc. All online is not the ideal for a newb, though thanks to the forum here I've found lots of good info.

Vape Lounge will soon become a Vape Dojo. They partnered with Mickey Cuchiella. They are looking to franchise as well. I looked into it, but I don't know if it is worth paying franchise fees and royalties for a vape shop yet. Don't get me wrong, Vape Dojo is my favorite B&M, and they have very good and reasonable juices, but I just don't know if it would be worth paying for anyone's name and trademarks at this stage in the game.

For the OP. I just read an article in the Baltimore City Paper about vaping and it's growing popularity. It said since the first of the year (3 1/2 months ago) 23 vape shops have opened in Maryland. I'm sure a couple of them have to be near DC. It has gotten to the point where I don't even have time to check them all out.

Alt Smoke, robins vapor, Jeff's Cut Rate Tobacco, and a few other B&M's in Cincinnati. I however have really taken a liking to some online sites like vermillion river, Mt. Baker Vapor, Tampa Vapor, and I am currently awaiting an order from Lucky 7 Vapes. Don't be afraid to order online, a lot of these are highly reputable and offer samples!

There's a brand new store (its grand opening is next week) called Vape Culture. Others have mentioned Vape Social, and it's about a 5-minute drive from there, in Gaithersburg MD. Very nice owners! It's tucked away in an industrial-looking area in a small storefront, but they seem to have a great inventory on the way!

That's the one by the airport right?
