Originally said only one and it'd be Vegas. Things have changed we will definitely be doing PA, and depending on finances possibly still do Vegas. So hard to choose because know people that are going to be at each one, and would love to meet all

Never know what the future holds, need to start buying lottery tickets Can't see going to Vegas without staying a week and taking in more than vapefest. I could TRY to stay away from the gaming tables, but would have to take in some shows. boB

wow, I do believe I'm going to have to file my taxes as soon as I can and use my return for hotel/flight/spending money. I'd just absolutely love to meet ya'll, and it really would be one helluva birthday party~!

I think I'm pretty firm on having to fly.....I took a greyhound to New York when I auditioned for Who Wants to be a Millionairre and it was just a horrid experience. Simply horrid, the only was there is to put it~!

Here's the updated info:

We got the rate for the hotel dropped down even further to $105 so if you booked at $109.. please call and make sure they change it for you. We only have 45 rooms at that rate and we sold 45+ in VA and almost 60 in St.Louis so if you are coming... we suggest you book your rooms soon! We can add more.. but only if they sell out while there are still rooms left to add to our room block.

Stats for this hotel are...

-Every room is a suite with kitchenette and living room - great for room share
-$105 room rate per night
-Free open bar and horsdoeuvres for all hotel guests from 5:30-7:30pm (which is our dinner break)
-Free BUFFET breakfast 7am-10am
-FREE 24/7 shuttle to and from airport
-Free PARKING
-Free internet in the meeting space
-24 hour access to the meeting room (except when we lock it)
-Cash Bar in the meeting space from 10pm-2am.
-Music okay loud til 11pm or midnight and a little quieter for the music after midnight.
-$10/day internet in the private rooms or free if you are a Hilton Honors member.

You can call 215-365-4500 to make reservations (cancellation policy is 24 hours before arrival or by 4pm day before arrival so if you need to cancel you can do that until the day before with no fees) and just say you want to make a reservation and you are with National Vapers Club Group (even if you are not an NVC member).

Just watched the videos of the past events......WE ARE GOING TO PHILLY!!!!!! Only a little over an hour drive for us. So it will work out great!! As long as one of us does not drink any alcoholic beverages, we wont have to get a room! I can not sleep ANYWHERE but my own bed! I have made it sooo comfy, i never want to get out og it! And my bday is the 24th! So it could be a bday present for me! YAY! Im excited, never been to anything like this before, and from watching those vids, im thinking this year is going to be at least twice as big! So many more vendors out now.

Now that I'm preggers, I'm kinda bummed that I won't be able to party hardy I'm thinking about maybe just staying on Saturday night instead.
