Just wanted to get the info out to as many people as possible so they can start planning if they want to attend:

Hey, that's not a bad idea. If there is nothing planned for one yet, the beach would be a great location to have one. Maybe I'll join the Oregon club and stir up some action for one of the days your over here!

Philly & Vegas are the 2 "official" semi-annual vapefests that are sponsored by many vendors & National Vapers Club. I would check regional threads to see if there's a meet in your local area.

We're having a meet near Grand Rapids Michigan on the 15th of January (dang! that's a week from Saturday.) You'd have to go around that little lake for that one though. Here's a link to the thread about it just in case.

Friday March 25 from 2pm-10pm

Saturday March 26 Noon to10pm

After party 10:30pm - 4am???

5:30-7:30pm dinner break both dates. Room is locked and closed for dinner.

-Every room is a suite with kitchenette and living room - great for room share (email us to set up a roomshare with someone else!)

-$105 room rate per night

-Free open bar and horsdoeuvres for all hotel guests from 5:30-7:30pm (which is our dinner break)

-Free BUFFET breakfast 7am-10am

-FREE 24/7 shuttle to and from airport

-Free PARKING

-Free internet in the meeting space

-24 hour access to the meeting room (except when we lock it to sleep for 4 hours)

-Cash Bar in the meeting space from 10pm-2am.

-Music til 11pm or midnight and party in the conference room til 4am.

-$10/day internet in the private rooms or free if you are a Hilton Honors member.

You can click here to reserve rooms online (HERE) or call 215-365-4500 to make reservations (cancellation policy is 24 hours before arrival or by 4pm day before arrival so if you need to cancel you can do that until the day before with no fees) and just say you want to make a reservation and you are with National Vapers Club Group (even if you are not an NVC member).

Tickets for Vapefest include all day and afterparty and will be $20 for Friday and $30 for Saturday or $45 for both days.
