Would an ego skirt add more length? I'd only add one if it makes it stronger. It looks more prone to snapping in half without one. I like durable things.

It wouldn't add length as the electrical connection still goes through the same 510 connection. I use separate eGo sleeves (="eGo plinth") with my VN Minis, tightened against the clearo ofcourse. A lot more stable and the Nova doesn't screw out when rolling around in my pocket.

Mine arrived today from stormy's. No issues, really happy with it. Got a few replacement coil units too. Only thing I didn't like was the whistle tip. Never encountered that before. Just swapped it out for one of my own. Problem solved. I'm vaping Captain Jack from Halo right now and the flavor and vapor is just right. Nothing mind blowing, but no plastic taste or scratchy feeling either.
I'm using a good ol' eGo Twist at about 4V. I've got one of those plinth-type covers screwed onto the eGo cone threading. Not necessary, but it "completes" the look.

I don't think it would be possible to replace the tank, since the top of it is adhered to it. Could be wrong though. As long as the diameter of whatever tank and top matches the bottom plate (and, thus, the coil head) I don't see what the problem would be.

Having finally had a T3 go cloudy from a STRONG cinnamon menthol juice (fire 'n ice...from....a juicy place) I'm now twigged to that issue.

But anyway. Yeah I like this VapeOnly doohicky. Who's the manufacturer? The box doesn't offer any insights.

There won't be any glass tanks for these, because the tank itself is threaded. Kinda like Vivi Nova's. We may see metal tank options in the future.

For some reason, they are keeping it quiet for now. Here's a hint though, they look like they were made to match up perfectly with the Joyetech eVic...

I bet they can put small threads on a glass tank, then enclose it in metal with juice level windows and it's durable. I googled a bunch and will try more later, but if anyone finds the manufacturer, please post, 'cause I want to ask/suggest what they have in the works like a mini (so I can replace the stupid hard platic tip with rubber unlike mini Kangers) or glass version.

I did post the manufacturer, if you read between the lines....

And a glass tank won't be possible because of the threading. People were asking the maker of IBTanked glass tanks if he could do one for the Vivi Nova, and he said it would be almost impossible. The Vivi Novas with the metal sleeve and viewing window are still just plastic tanks on the inside.

Thanks, I see the supposed manufacturer now.

"...it would be almost impossible." Then he said it's possible.

This product shows glass can be formed much smaller than what's needed for a clearomizer and still be stong. Hamilton Company | Hamilton Syringes & Needles | Glass Micro Pipettes

But even if they had to make all the threads a little bigger. Someone said that all a big manufacturer with high-end equipment like Kanger has to do is re-write computer instructions and the lasers and everything cut however instructed. They don't have to switch out the hardware, hence the mini Kanger T3 Sunvapers had Kanger make them that has no advantage over the evods that came out at the same time. IOW they couldn't have spend much making the mini T3.
But forming glass probaly means all new equipment compared to plastic wich might be machine cut and not injected into molds/forms, but maybe they can sub-out the glass. I don't really know what I'm talking about but I think it's do-able despite I don't think there are even glass MOD tanks with threads and all of them use tight o-rings.
