Has anyone ordered from them? I ordered a Zenith v2 from them and after months of waiting they finally said they weren't getting them in and refunding all orders. I'm still waiting on my refund. I've emailed them quite a few times with no response.

My first choice is a local B&M store that has employees I like and I feel like the little more they charge than some web sites is more than fair for the help they provide. Plus I can get my hands around their neck if I have to.
A next choice for me is a site that I have used before and liked.
Next, and originally the ones above, is the list of forum suppliers. They support this site and ECF does a little to police them.
fasttech can take a long time and the quality is iffy, but it is cheap.

Wow! That's a long time to wait for an order to start with, then told you'll be refunded, yet still be in limbo over the refund.
I'd be skeptical of any business that works this way. I've ordered things that had back orders. I knew up front the time frame. The most I've waited is 2 weeks, which was rare.

I was in the same boat. I contacted my credit card company and they gave me a credit. If Vaporize does not dispute the refund, I should be ok. I heard nothing back from Vaporize and have yet to receive an email about either a refund or a product being shipped out. Good luck and sorry the same happened to you
