Nope...and I have never sat on a toilet w/out looking if the seat is down first
But I did start opening a bottle of something then remembered I had to "shake well" and forgot to tighten the cap again once

Well I didn't do the Same thing but the other day while putting the first build in my billow v2. in a hurry to get it built I hit the fire button with my thumb on the finished coil. Witch was 8 wrap 26 got I nice coil burn mark.
