So.... have we heard anything or are we just hanging in the dark?
We really do need to get this moving before all the outrage is lost, that's a prime motivating factor for those on the fence or perhaps a bit lazy.

IMHO, all routes are worth taking: Protests, lawsuits, House bills, everything. But it all needs to be done in a respectful manner; no $%&*^$! language, and so on. People will simply tune out anything that gets them too upset or makes us look like a bunch of yahoos, and you can bet that the worst behavior is what the press will cover. And do remember that protests are very common in the DC area.
Having said all that, I will be there if there is any way for me to attend.

Gave up at the 5 minute mark, having heard not a whit of information - relevant or otherwise - including where this video is going. Wasn't about to watch another 90 minutes to find out when a point was made. (Phil really needs to learn some self-editing skills.)

Good video. Dimitri is a powerful and compelling advocate. However, I think it would be good to distinguish WHY we're contemplating a black market. It's not the slackers that are doing it. They're hopeless and clueless. Its US. We WILL NOT go back to smoking because the FDA says so behind pursed lips.
It needs to be said instead…that we need no more detrimental assessments of our actions and motivations. Some may merely be looking out for themselves. If that's all they can do, that's enough! That one be responsible for oneself is as much as we can reasonably expect of our fellows vapers. If they can do more, we should be appreciative to the extent that's possible and appropriate. Support them where and when we can. What we must do regardless is fight one and all for the best possible outcome AND prepare for the worst. There is absolutely no sin in that.
As for those who really are just interested in themselves and there's plenty among vapers and the industry…Don't consider as Dimitri pointed out those still uninformed and smoking, that they deserve their shot and support…Understand that the rest of us notice. And there will be an after. Just sayin'.
Dimitri should understand that as things continue to head south it will be those of us who looked and thought ahead that will be helping those still stuck. I'm lookin' at you all and you don't look like slackers to me. The first step is the first that you take. Can't help others if you can't help yourself.

There are over 100,000 petitions that have gone through the shredders in DC, sob story's / study's are blatantly being ignored, time to stop acting like sheep.
We act together as one industry, one community and start through litigation and legislation, were we have a chance to be herd.
IF one state was ever in dire need of voices, New Jersey would be that state ...............

to assist in Financing the Battle. This needs to be on the Industry Level and will entail a Major attack on Constitutionality of FDA Actions.
A Planned Professional conducted March on the FDA would do nothing less than Garner Press for our side of the Debate and hopefully give us some decent Exposure to the Millions of Sleeping Vapors in America.
Or would you rather Rally the 200K members of ECF to finance and handle everything?
Some of us are on fixed income with little to give.

A lot of us, that have been through this for many years, have done all of it.
Donate and Advocate and stock up.
For years I have had a monthly donation set up through PayPal taken out of my account. I also donate when I see a need. I think there are a couple of current ones going on. I would have to look at my statement to see what all I have given to.
