Vapers spotted in the wild

Not counting a few people puffing unhappily on gas station e-cigs and a friend of mine who uses a Greensmoke, I've encountered exactly one other vaper besides myself. I was at a beer garden a couple of weeks ago and a guy at the next table was using a nice looking "box" style mod. I didn't go over and talk to him because he was chatting with his companions and I didn't want to impose.

So how's the scene by you?

I have spoken to people that know other people that vape. Those others usually are using the Blu, which prompts the conversation 'I haven't seen one like that before!'

Nothing in GA. But when I was wandering CA, I saw a bunch. CA is always on the cutting edge!

It's catching on here in Idaho, I see at least four people a day. I think we need a secret hand signal or sign lol. Keep on vaping.

I live in NY and only see people walking around with the gas station cigs...more within the past few months than I've ever seen. Saw one guy walking around vaping on a box mod. Went to Vegas last month for a bachelor party...saw mods galore lol. Was really surprised. People walking around the Casino and clubs vaping like it was the norm...got me a lil excited to see

All over the place here in OK. Every time I go to the casino I see a bunch of folks. Saw my first box mod in person, I didn't chat with the guy because he was eating, but pointed it out to my wife we have two vape shops now in our little town and they are packed all the time too....

I was at Dead Floyd concert in Denver on Saturday and saw my first Vaper in the wild. He had a PV with a Carto Tank. The only other vapers I've seen were using egos at a casino in Reno....

I'm the only one I know of in my little Indiana town of 40,000 besides one friend of my wife whom I haven't met. The attendant at the gas station in my neighborhood said blus are selling well, but I've never seen anyone with an ecig. Frankly, I don't know many smokers anymore since graduating college. There's only one or two left in my social circle who smokes. I teach at a college and there are students and faculty who smoke but none I know of who vape.

Other than a friend that works at a vape shop, I haven't seen but a couple and neither one of them was friendly! Kind of mean actually. Maybe they need to re-evaluate their mods/tanks. I could tell one was unhappy with her burny vivi nova knockoff. Since they were mean, I offered exactly "0" pearls of wisdom.

All of them ego users , apart from me and two friends .
So 4,000 egos, three Ithaka, one Odysseus, two vamos , one TS , and one powered by ATX !

Neighbor across the street vapes - he got me started with an old ego battery. One co-worker has an ego style setup, and a couple more are not doing so well with GreenSmoke setups.

Did see a group of guys in a parking lot vaping as they walked to their car. Only true in the wild sighting for me outside of a couple of vape shops I've been to in town. I've only been vaping for a few weeks, so I'm sure I have missed folks vaping before I was really looking for it.

I saw a few at our First Friday event downtown, they all had ego-style setups.

my pop is only 16K and I see em all the time. 4 people in my department alone. Can't seem to get em to buy on line though (3B&M stores). I guess they'll figure it out eventually. And who wouldn't peruse the ECF?

I've seen a scattering of them, unfortunately most I've seen had The over priced kr808 from the mall, maybe they'll figure it out ($80 for a kit I can make without even trying for $25...) I am gonna go see what the attendant at the gas station had when I get a chance. Looked like some kinda rocketship

theres also the girl at the mall kiosk and her potential rubes that i've seen vaping but i dont count those either

so i've not seen a single in the wild vaper here in New Orleans, den of sin

Funny, I live in a small town of just 1300 full time residents and know at least 10 people who vaped, my boss in fact got me to make the switch, and I have in return helped several others switch (most of them officers or detectives that work with my wife).

I've only seen one mod user, at a gas station, agitated on his cell phone, so I didn't approach. I think it was an SB with carto tank.
My family sees someone whenever they travel and enjoy sharing with me the type of mod used.
If I ever get to play Bingo again in this century, I hope to spot many.
