I keep reading about all these "kayfun killers"... and I even bought one that would supposedly kill the kayfun, the Smoktech RSBT... but guess what? It's not even half as good as my tobeco KFL+ clones. Not really sure why, I just don't really like the vape it produces, and it's a huge PITA to get assembled, that top cap having both an o-ring and threads to deal with, just a huge pain. I've stuck it in a drawer, because I just don't like it.

I've got 2 Tobeco KFL+ with the 2mm custom airflow, and I believe I'll be getting a couple more, because they're just perfect. I also like my smok UDCT cartotank quite a lot, if I use single-coil cartos in it, so I'll probably get some more of those, but I think I'm done trying out new tanks; they're never any better than what I've already got.

I went through the whole 'dog chasing his tail' to find the better equipment to give me the most pleasure.

I know there are different personalities and people do what they do for a certain reason, for example some people buy the vaping hardware as a fashion accessory, some to buy a backup to their current hardware, some to buy a backup to the backup etc, some just like having shiny things on their shelves etc.

When I first started to vape, I believe that I was buying new tanks and batteries/mods because I was a smoker trying to get a real tobacco cigarette. Sure I got my nicotine from vaping but I wasn't really getting the satisfaction I used to get from smoking a tobacco cigarette, so I was always on the lookout for the next best tank that everybody said was so great in hopes that it would scratch that tobacco cigarette itch that I must have been feeling. I think I finally realized it and pretty much stopped buying new equipment. I really don't feel the need to fill up a shelf with vaping hardware that I'm hardly ever (IF ever) going to use.

I'd suggest to the OP that you don't take the stepping it up route and just buy that ultimate device now that will last you for years and if money is tight then stick with what you have and save up for that ultimate device instead of buying items in steps that ultimately are going to leave you wanting something else anyway. I've been there, now I'm saving up for either a Provari or a Hanna Modz.

Of course if money is really no problem for you (although the majority of people are on budgets for a reason wink wink) then sure, go get that 20w device but be prepared to go and buy that 50w device or 100w device later on as it sounds kind of like how I was with chasing my tail trying to find that ultimate pleasure hardware (get your mind out of the gutter people, I'm talking vaping hardware LOL)

There are many more, but off the cuff, the above three seem to have stood the test of time, and are examples of three different forms of vaping. Haters gotta hate, but otherwise most everyone will agree that there are no better examples of the above.

Some thought the "ZNA" would kill the ProVari (no V W, and has other limits, but it's still the best made for what it offers).

Am sure there is more to add to this list, but most would agree these three are at/near the top of the food chain.

For the past 6-7 years I've smoked a pack of Black N Milds a day. It got to the point where I needed to get on a inhaler ( I inhaled them) my cars were full of ash, my work clothes had burn holes in them (I do sales for a living), I stunk, and $6 a day got expensive.

Fast forward to a month ago and I got a standard battery with T3S tank. Seeking more flavor I jumped into a Protank 2 with itaste VV. Wanting more power and more vape I went to a Aerotank Giant with MVP. Now I want more!

I just placed an order for a Kayfun Lite to sit on top my MVP 2. It's an Ephro Clone but I figure it's a good start into the RBA world. I've been building coils and wicking my protank 2 for a while now to save money so I am hoping this is a good jump.

My question is I feel like next I will be seeking more power. My MVP is great for protanks, but only goes up to 11 watts. To stay in my budget, I've been looking at the eleaf istick as it goes up to 20w. Any thoughts on this?

I've spent so much money and time on this hobby wanting more that I want more without going too cheap. I'd rather pay more and be satisfied. This addiction has me feeling so much better, but there is still times I want the "real" deal (aka cigar). I feel like flavor and the clouds keep me away from the cigar as long as I get the nicotine fix I need.

Holy crap dude you sound just like me, except that I live in Largo and smoked Hav-A-Tampas (inhaled, too)! My start was on T3Ss and I quickly moved through PTs, Kayfuns, etc.

Welcome!
