Vaping again.

After almost 2 years away from vaping (and getting back on analogs), I'm ready to try it again. My last posts on this forums was me selling all my hardware and juice over a year ago.

After browsing the forums again the past week or so, it seems the technology has really come along a long ways in that time, and i'm ready to try it again. I just ordered a Ego Twist kit, a couple of tank cartomizers, and a bottle of my old favorite juice, and am ready to start stalking my mail man again .

It seems like everything it a lot more hassle free now, and I think I'll be able to stick with it this time.

And yes... The Vaping World has evolved and continues to evolve exponentially every day. So many new and awesome things on the market to try.
It's HARD for vaping to NOT work out for ya these days...

kinda funny, I bought one of those njoy disposable's to see if it would get me by until my stuff arrives... what a joke. It advertises that its equal to 2 packs of cigarettes. 16 hours later, dead, and I was sleeping 8 of those hours. I've never smoked 2 packs in 8 hours, let alone 2 days. Oh well, my twist will be here no later than Monday, so i'll just hold tight till then.

I used logics when I had to. The njoy ones were the worest I tried. Use the 1.8ohm vivi nova head so you dont have to crank the volts up on the twist. should be fine around 3.4v-3.7v and save much more battery. If you rock the twist at 5v the battery life wont last long at all lol

My twist arrived a couple hours ago and I'm loving it so far. I expect my vivi Nova to be here Tuesday (I always seem to order things before holiday weekends) and then I should be set on hardware for a bit, besides maybe a backup twist battery.

Learn to recoil/rewick the vivi with cotton wick=endgame.
Get into DIY and make your own juice later when you're comfortable. Twists+vivis=the win.

welcome back to the world of vaping....i picked out the twist for my best friend like 3 weeks ago he loved it.. then yesterday he showed up at my place with a provairi....he said ya it was vv but he loved it so much he said he wanted somthing he wasnt charging every day...lol

Thanks again everyone. I'm 2 days into my twist and I finished off my last cigs tonight at work and don't plan on buying any more. I have a vivi nova in the mail and i ordered more juice tonight. My favorite juice from my last vaping experience is Hypnotic Myst from Freedom Smoke USA, but I plan on experimenting with different juices from other vendors next.

I'll keep you guys posted on how I'm doing keeping off the analogs, I know I'll stick with vaping, but the work environment I'm in might make it hard to not have a couple cigs a day, but i'm determined this time. I just found out a week ago my fiance is pregnant with our second child, and it's due on my birthday, so I'm trying to use that as motivation.

In my opinion the Vivi Nova is a great choice for the Twist although the Mini Nova with a cone thread cover would look and fit better.

Just a quick update. Its been almost 2 weeks now and I'm still vaping happily. Last night I didn't twist my battery all the way on the charger so it never charged, so when i went to work today my battery died half way through my shift. I bummed a cig off a coworker and couldn't even finish it. As I was trying to smoke it, all i could taste was "burning", if that makes sense.

After this experience today, I can confidently say I'm done with the cigs for good. And I'm buying another battery today so hopefully I won't be in this position again.

Just getting back into it myself after 2 years.

This'll be my third go. First time was an M401, then I got a USB Ego. Now I'm back on the Ego but I've bought a tank atomiser. It's pretty much the one thing I was missing. I was never happy with carts, dripping was better but fiddly. The tank is just perfect.

Now I'm going to buy some more batteries, I think I might try a couple of those mini Egos. Are there any other developments I've missed in the interim?
