I think it's partly how you handle heat, I don't find 115 that hot anymore, and adjusted pretty quickly... My internal thermostat appears to have been set in Middle School in Sydney, however. When I got to Tucson I was one of those people going, "It's freaking 80 degrees in winter, what are all those freaks doing wearing *coats*, now years later, I am one of them....:D

My husband sweats like crazy and sometimes I can tell how long it's been since he smoked by how sweaty and bothered he gets.... I don't usually sweat during exercise and we keep the indoors temp at 81degrees F. That is just pitiful if you think about it, but you just can't ice over your (AC) coils by overrunning them in these temps.... That is a true disaster.

I take meds, had to adjust some of them which is why I did the whole med search stuff. Not because they were making me sweaty, but they sure were making me tired at my (new) dosages.

I think you are going to be fine, ZTH. I think the sweating is going to depart and every *body* is different. Keep exercising, it only gets better :) Depending on where you are, I might turn your a/c down unless your exercising in the great wilderness. I did that my first 2 weeks, quitting, I did sweat a bit more and got sick of dripping onto my yoga mat. Or, a cold shower afterward ;)

Ninjas and mods and mixed martial arts.... LOL.

Lol Anna. What's an a/c? We have the boiler which heats up the radiator...
I'm in the UK and 34° for 1 week out of 52 doesn't justify air con.

Had a thought though. Been seriously increasing my spicy food consumption for a little while now. Chilli, and Cajun in lots of meals these days. Could that be part of the problem paired with the inactivity.

Edit; 1 week out of 40 years!

Now, don't you know solar pays for itself? Especially useful in the UK. Yes, spicy food increases sweating as well!

Seriously ZTK, you are listing every *common* cause of sweating (heat, cardio, spicy foods) at this point I would be worried if you WEREN'T sweating, probably. I'd be like, "Is he undead but he doesn't know it?"

That's the kind of thing that makes the evaporative cooler work in New Mexico. On a clear day with low humidity, we usually have a 30 - 40 degree f drop between the days highs and lows. With inside morning temps in the high 60s, it's easy to think they are working real well, and it takes awhile for the house to heat up.

Just woken up and sleepy but I don't understand either post.
:?:

1st

In Miami sweat works to insulate and keep the heat in as it's too humid to evaporate.

In new Orleans sweat works to attract all the crud that gets kicked into the air throughout the city and concentrate it in all the wrong areas as a sandy, muddy abrasive. Also works like a magnifying glass over an ant. The humidity is horrid and thick there.

In San Diego county, sweat works for evaporative cooling. Pretty well, too.

For me, personally...
While maintaining active...

New Orleans @ 70 deg
Miami @ 80 deg
San Diego @ 105 deg

All feels the same.

2nd

You can pry my cold, dead hands off an air conditioner on a snowy day.

I run the A/C in my truck in the dead of winter.

I may be bipolar, not sure.

But I'm DEFINITELY slightly polar.

KPT, been here about 9 years... It has been getting hotter, but there are times I look around in the summer and go, "Why did I choose hell before actually heading there.... Is this some practice dry run or something?" Though mostly I like the desert....

To be fair, if I lived in Minnesota or something, I'd never leave the house winters, unless I absolutely had to.

Lol...
Nope.

I lived most of my adult life in GA and Florida, with the highest humidity in the country.
115 in the desert is hot.
Debilitating heat.
Alot worse than 104 in Florida.

Hmm, I've been using 100% vg for maybe 6 months now.
What ratio do you use to combat the sensitivity?

I have had asthma (and allergies) since I was a child. When I started vaping and was still buying commercial juice I never had an issue with a tight/heavy chest feeling until I tried a new local B&M juice line that didn't have pg/vg ratio listed. Come to find out it was 80vg and going back down to 70vg was enough to avoid the issue for me so now I DIY everything at 70vg.
