No but they have to mark it on the medical record which gets sent to the insurance company. They require medical records to prove medical necessity to get claims paid. I used to do medical insurance claims processing.

What happens if you have a claim which is pulmonary or heart related?

Hi, I unfortunately have to take A LOT of medications, including a narcotic pain reliever and I have NEVER had a reaction with vaping. Their isn't really anything to react. Their is Pg which is even in our toothpaste, theirs VG which is simply vega table Glycerin, and nicotine plus flavor usually having a base of pg or vg. I make my own e juice so I know EXACTLY what it consists of. If you have not had a reaction to the nicotine in the past it's HIGHLY unlikely you will in the future even with and including medication. I have many different types of medication that I'm taking and NONE of it reacts with any of these ingredients. I seriously would not concern myself with having a adverse reaction. Also remember, the mind is a very powerful thing and it is quite possible to actually think your having a reaction when in fact your not if you worry too much about it. and please don't take that the wrong way. What I'm trying to say is, not to worry I seriously doubt any reaction will occur. The ingredients are simple and it's not at all likely. Hope this helps best wishes

I'm a chronic pain patient, and my pain management doctor knows I vape. He hasn't had any concerns.

And I was on antibiotics for 20 days right after Christmas, and told that doctor I vape (had to go to an urgent care place due to the holiday). She had no concerns either.

Don't hide things from your doctors . They need to know everything before prescribing meds. None of them have been upset that I vape. They are glad I don't smoke anymore.

I am so glad you have your answer. I am also so sorry for the accident and hope recovery will be speedy. I think I will be staying in the safety of my recliner (but won't have near as much fun)

It would be sort of ironic to lecture you on the 'dangers' of vaping... considering your current condition with a split head and all. About that, by the way - I strongly advice against splitting ones head.

Just a little concerned. If your insurance says you're not a vaper... and you made some claim. Won't that be used against you? I have no idea. Just thinking out loud.

You should look for a more gentle post delivery service, IMO. I know we all want our new gear as fast as possible, but there must be some middle ground somewhere.

I've had enough cracked/dented/broken helmets over the years myself.
