Vaping and Research

Hi,
I'm a vapor and I really want to help out the community by putting forth a research study that knocks the FDA and paypal off their bully pulpit. Does anyone know of research institutions that might be interested in collaborating?

I'm a doctoral student, which also makes me a researcher. My research question would focus on the relative advantages and diffusion barriers of vaping. Diffusion of Innovation theory will be used for guiding my study. Any thoughts?
