I'm measuring things that can't be measured in surveys I know it's not perfect, and it leaves a lot of unanswered questions, but it's one small piece of the puzzle
hmmm lets see... how many subgroups can you run, whats your timeline... 5-10 mods ( 20-10 subgroups) how many different nic variables do you plan to test with? 5? 6? 25-60 atomizers... recharge batteries and wash atomizers after each subgroup. looking at possibly a max of 30 subjects per day 8 days of sampling and data processing... 5 weeks of compiling and writing

I just really don't understand the methodology. If I am handed a box mod with a sub ohm tank and cheap e-liquid which tastes like chemicals or alcohol, I won't find anything appealing about it. Is it a marketing study about devices? What 'variables' will be measured?
if you get 100 experienced vapers to try a vape they are not interested in ... you are not even close to the answer you are after.
The answer to why people continue to vape and do not go back to smoking? ... that is very easy ... we quit smoking with vaping and have no desire to smoke anymore.
It is as simple as this analogy ... vaping can easily replace smoking, however, smoking will never replace vaping.
to most, smoking is not enjoyable .... however, vaping is.
I could see hooking someone up and measuring brain and chemical activity before, during and after vaping, but best results would come with having a vaper use their own gear. Perhaps for liability issues it is required for the devices to be provided?
