vaping and working out.

i was wondering if any of u have any issues working out? i was a pretty heavy cigarette smoker and it really beat my lungs up. it would be such a task for me to run and work out. now that i stopped smoking those and switched to vaping i've seen some improvement, but after chain vaping then trying to work out i still feel some heaviness to my breathing. whats ur take?

chain vaping does not give me heavy lungs. at all. maybe you have a sensitivity to PG or VG.

i cycle for excercise and ive never noticed any type of heaviness after vaping. im not sure what qualifies for chain vaping for you, but chain vaping to me is taking several toots in a row. i am able to get my fix from that. maybe if youre chain vaping more than that, id give it a sec before tying to work out strenously. or maybe try a higher mg juice so you dont need to vape so much for a fix.

also, im willing to bet that you still have a large portion of tar still in your lungs still working itself out (judging by your ecf join date). its very possible that you have not fully exumed all the mucus clogging you up.

With nicotine being a vasoconstrictor and a stimulant it doesn't make good for high heart rate workouts. Muscles are starving for oxygen and the circulatory system is having trouble keeping up. Your body thinks you need more oxygen, so you beath harder, but what you really need is better circulation.

I don't vape for 30-60 minutes before a workout and it makes a big difference.

After i stopped smoking analogs, my workouts just got better an better. But i never vape right in front of workout cause of the nicotin. . My rule is no nicotin 30 min before workout, and wait anouther 30 mim after workout. in the beginning its hard to follow this, but when you see the results its not. .Nicotin and workout are no good!
