I just wish I had something nearby!

I feel the same way, I haven't seen any vapers around here except the one guy at work that got started on an Ego setup. I noticed that one of the local stop & robs is now selling some e-cig stuff, but I haven't had a chance to stop in and see what they carry. I've been in there before, and they don't really have the room for a lounge - it's an old converted gas station about the size of a storage shed.

I'm just shooting in the dark here, and this may have been covered before...

I'm wondering if there have been any sort of class/ meets to educate anyone that may be curious about vaping? Like an open to the public meeting. Ideally you would have several steps of upgrades from cig a likes to reos and all the in between to explain exactly what they are and do and allow people to try them, and maybe have stuff ready to place orders. I mean there are "parties" like this for purses, makeup, Tupperware, food items, and so on and so forth.

So wouldn't something like this be a great idea for a company to take on to make more money and educate the public and smokers on what to expect from e cigarettes etc?

I'm just curious because there is no b&m within a two hour drive for me, I'm sure its the same for a lot of people. If it wasn't for the mall kiosk guy I wouldn't even know what an e cig was (thankfully I didn't get dragged into that scam lol) but it was an eye opener that the option was even out there. Supposedly only 20% of people in America smoke but I can tell you in my county that number is probably a lot closer to 40-50% or more.

Thoughts?

By the way sorry for rambling, and I'm not talking about opening a business just was curious about people's thoughts

There are a few yearly/monthly vape meets with some teaching.....https://www.google.com/search?q=vap...ome&espv=210&es_sm=93&ie=UTF-8#q=vape+meet+OH

I'm playing around with an idea of writing a Ecigs for Dummies ebook...I think there's a need...
I think the biggest problem with that would be that things change so fast.... not meaning to rain on your parade, but would what you write today still be pertinent by the time someone read the book?
If, however, you can get it done SOON, I will take a couple of copies!

I have actually held two "classes" for a group of friends and family that wanted to stop smoking. Simple class to get them started. Gave them a list of items to start off with. Ego Twist batteries, kanger mt3s tanks, replacement coils and charger then several websites to order sample juices. Gave everyone about two weeks to get everything (welcomed them to vape mail and stalking of postal workers...lol). Then we gathered at the kitchen table and I went thru the basics of charging, filling, using, cleaning, etc. Few weeks later had one friend interested in rewicking. Covered that with her. To date, all but one have completely stopped smoking, all still vape.

One of the local shops here has a 30-45 min tutorial for all new vapors before they'll sell them any liquid/products. Shop owner handles all "new" vapors personally. To my knowledge, the only one doing anything like this in my area!

That's fantastic! Glad to hear it

This is great!! Are they located in city limits of STL or surrounding area? Would like to check them out and possibly send family members.
