I bought a 510 to 808 adapter so I could try using cartos on my Chuck.

OMG!!!

If you haven't tried this yet you really need to. The flavor in the Irish Cream is 10 times what is was with my regular 901 batts with an adapter. It's like vaping a brand new flavor. I can't wait to try the other flavors in it. If you have a Chuck, get the adapter. You will be amazed! My son coughed when he tried it,lol I'm afraid to let the hubby try it, he might take it away from me. But then again if it would get him back to vaping it would be worth it.

Isn't it great? I did that a couple weeks ago and it's all I use. Better taste,vapor, lasts longer and it's easy to rfill. I took out the little white ring and the other one and put the condum back on with a little hole and it is the best.

I haven't done any modding on the carts just yet and I've only filled one empty blank one that I didnt even get to use because I spilled a Coke in it,lol I have tons of juice and I'm getting a pretty decent collection of cartos going so I should be able to start playing around with refilling before too long. I want to try the way you are talking about. It sounds like a very easy way to top off when needed. Do you not get any liquid in your mouth with the cap and ring missing? What do you use to make the little hole in the condom?

I just use 3.7 I bought some of the disposable 3v batts and I really didnt like it. It was way to strong for me.

The metal tip of an ink pen barrel will do the trick.

Then you really wouldn't like 6V with a carto. You already know about the flavor & throat hit increase with 3.6V. At 6V, they are massive!

Yeah PawPaw, I am definitely a 3.7v gal. I've never tried 5v but I don't think I'm missing anything. I like what I have at 3.7v. What's the old saying, if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I've been using the "condom over my tailpipe" for awhile now. I love it. Since topping off is so easy, I've been on the same carto for 3 days! I think the condom helps seal around my lips better, and you can grab it with your teeth, if your going hands-free.

And no burnt lips!

I also think it mimics the squishy feel of an analog filter for those who care........

...watch out, you might be surprised how much mellower cartos are at 5 or even 6V than atties are! I was shocked, smitten and very fulfilled as a woman lol. Seriously, they don't taste burnt or harsh at HV like other styles do, just even more flavorful and with a more 'forceful' flowback. If that's even a word. But I do discipline myself to stick with 3.7V most of the time.
