I cannot even imagine walking down the street with a Provari, Silver Bullet, or some of the other mods I have seen people showing pics of.

Why Not? You walked down the street with a cigarette hanging out of your mouth didn't you? There is absolutely no difference.
I take that back, there is a world of difference. You should be more proud to walk down the street vaping a very large e-cig.
You are now using a product that cannot harm people from second hand smoke.
You are using a product that does not kill you like cigarettes did and is in fact saving your life.
You are using a product that does not have a nasty strong odor that will turn people off.
When smoking a cigarette you are the bad guy smoking that nasty cigarette that's killing you and those around you.
Now, you've become the good guy. An angel with a message of hope that tells people Try This, It can save your life too!
To not proudly vape in public is actually the wrong thing to do IMO. People don't know what you know about e-cigs. So what they have their preconceived notions about it looking like smoking bla bla bla. It's not smoking, you know it, they need to know it.
Unless the world becomes comfortable seeing vapers in public standing up proud for this wonderful life saving tool people won't know about it to let it save their lives. You can be that messenger of Hope.
Do this. Go to your local Wal-Mart with your PV, stand in the middle of the isle and take a Big HUGE vape. Look around, wait a sec, and do it again! This will help calm your fears that it really IS o.k. to vape in public.
I vape in Wal-Mart constantly in front of Customer Service, In front of the Rent-a- Cop, at the Register, In the Food section. In 7 months only one time did any store official say, No smoking in here, and i said to them, it's not smoke, It's an Electronic Cigarette, it produces Steam - vapor and they said, " oh.. O.k. no problem then".
I cannot tell you how many customers, store managers and employees come up to me and asked me " Do they really work? I need one for my son or daughter so they can stop smoking, How much are they, Cheaper than cigarettes?" etc
Give it a try, you could just help save someones life and That to me it worth all the bureaucracy and BS. I know you can do it. I have faith in you. The worst they can do is ask you to stop. No big deal.
