Three Felonies A Day: How the Feds Target the Innocent
The average professional in this country wakes up in the morning, goes to work, comes home, eats dinner, and then goes to sleep, unaware that he or she has likely committed several federal crimes that day.
We went into Walmart today to get some cash off the card and something was going on because there were like 20 cops there talking to various people in the parking lot and we parked and were walking into Walmart and walked past several of the cops.
Both myself and my husband were vaping on the way in and a couple of the cops looked at us, checking out what was in our hands... That doesn't bother me.
In the early days of vaping it did though... I was always worried people would think I was doing drugs... lol

Are you calling pot drugs or did you mean actual drugs? lol I used to worry they'd think it was a THC vape. I always figured I could get away with it by blowing a cloud at them. "Does that smell like THC or Cinnamon Danish Swirl officer?"
It won't be long before the Cinnamon Danish Swirl gets you in more trouble than the THC.

I'll just blow someby then. Happy 4th y'all.
yes I consider whacky weed to be under the "drugs" category.
It's also the only forum section here I have on ignore... not judging, just not my thing and I disapprove vehemently of having that section on this forum.
Ok yeah just wanted to be sure what you were talking about, it's pretty uncommon to call it drugs these days. You'd never say "I was worried my wife was going to know I put drugs in my cup of other drugs" when you meant you were putting Bailys into your coffee.

Bottom line was that he had seen a cloud in my car and thought i was smoking some other stuff. One disappointed small town cop didn't get to use his cuffs that morning.

Yup. People will be smoking joints openly like we used to smoke cigarettes and we'll be vaping on the floor with the curtains drawn like people used to smoke joints. It won't be long before the Cinnamon Danish Swirl gets you in more trouble than the THC.
The challenge is there now. Next time I go to Georgetown to get my daughter, I'm stopping in Lexington for ice cream. I already embarrass her in public, usually without even knowing what I did, so she gonna love seeing me get a ticket for putting ice cream in my pocket. Oh, I can hardly wait lol. I'll get back to ya on this.In Lexington, KY don't put ice cream in your pocket.

With the amount of laws on the books, I'm pretty sure everyone in the USA is at least a petty criminal and doesn't even know it.
If you look hard enough, I bet you'll find a law that says it's illegal for anyone to blink.
That's is statically what lawyers say... there are so many crimes on the books that is nearly impossible to have not broken at least one.
Put me down for one Free the Coyote tee shirt.A "GoFundMe" site for your bail and "Free the Coyote" tee shirts on sale now.
They always knocked on the windows but they also let us go, so there's THAT.
I vape in public all of the time.
Never been caught.
